Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Aug. 6, suspicious vehicle,  200 block of Haven Grove Trail, Clemmons. Suspicious vehicles parked near caller’s residence.

• Aug. 6, locate missing person, 100 block of River Crest Court, Clemmons. Located subject who ran away from a group home.

• Aug 6, traffic accident, 2600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle crash with damages of $3,000 to one vehicle.

• Aug. 7, death investigation, 4200 block of Clarksbury Road, Clemmons. Death investigation of female at a residence.

• Aug. 7, trespassing, 3600 block of Clemmons Road. Subject trespassing after being told she was not welcome.

• Aug. 7, aggravated assault, 3200 block of Waterford Glen Lane, Clemmons. Victim assaulted with a landscape rake.

• Aug. 7, blackmail/extortion, 1700 block of Chester Valley Court, Clemmons. Suspect threatened to send intimate photos of reporting person to family members.

• Aug. 7, larceny/non-aggravated assault, 3200 block of Waterford Glen Lane, Clemmons. Known suspect assaulted victim at a construction site.

• Aug. 7, police service-alarm, 3800 block of Littlebrook Drive, Clemmons. Back door of retail establishment was open.

• Aug. 7, trouble with juvenile, 6300 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Juvenile who snuck out was located during a call for service.

• Aug. 7, drug violations, paraphernalia, violation of auto law, 100 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Offender possessed marijuana during a traffic stop.

• Aug. 8, driving while impaired, 6300 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Subject was driving while impaired.

• Aug. 8, misdemeanor breaking and entering, 1600 block of Chardale Drive, Clemmons. Subject stated that their home appeared to be entered.

• Aug. 8, traffic accident, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle crash with damages of $1,600 and $1,200.

• Aug. 8, vandalism, 100 block of Arboretum Court Lewisville. Unknown suspect damaged the victim’s glass on door.

• Aug. 9, traffic accident, 7100 block of Village Medical Center, Clemmons. One-vehicle crash in parking lot with damage of $1,400 to car and $100 damage to a parking sign.

• Aug. 9, trespassing, 6200 block of Brewer Avenue, Clemmons. Unauthorized individuals were at an apartment.

• Aug. 9, shoplifting, 4300 block of Kinnamon Village Loop, Clemmons. Suspect concealed beer from Food Lion.

• Aug. 9, traffic accident, 2200 block of Lewisville Clemmons Road/Peacehaven Drive, Clemmons. Two-vehicle crash with damages of $2,000 and $200.

• Aug. 9, traffic accident, 1400 block of River Ridge Drive/River Center Drive. Two-vehicle crash with damages of $2,000 and $800.

• Aug. 9, traffic accident, 2600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle crash with damages of $6,000 and $8,000.

• Aug. 9, traffic accident, 7800 block of Fair Oaks Drive/Valley View Drive, Clemmons. One-vehicle crash with damage of $6,000.

• Aug. 10, traffic accident, 1500 block of South Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. One-vehicle crash with damage of $3,000.
