Eleanor Morris Dusenbury 

Mrs. Eleanor Morris Dusenbury, 87, greeted her Lord, Thursday, August 14, 2014. 

She was born August 22, 1926 in Louisa County, Virginia, the daughter of Emmett and Bessie Mae Davis Morris. She was a member of Lower United Methodist Church in Middlesex County, VA, a member of Laura Rebekah Lodge #28 in Charlottesville, VA for 42 years, serving as a Past Noble Grand and was a Past Senior Regent of the Women of the Moose. She was devoted to her husband, Gene and enjoyed hummingbirds and roses. She loved her Lord, her family, her friends and always met their needs, whatever the circumstances may have been. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Gene in January of 2013 and three siblings. 

Survivors include her three children, William Ball and wife, Eileen of Mt. Pleasant, Judy Hoover and husband, Bobby of Alderson, WV and Emily Hutchens and husband, Leonard of Clemmons, six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. 

A graveside service will be held Saturday, August 23rd in Holly Memorial Park, Charlottesville, VA by Mr. Leonard Hutchens. The family received friends Sunday August 17th from 2 to 4 PM at Frank Vogler and Sons, Clemmons Chapel.
