The Clemmons Community Foundation has hired its first President & CEO. Sandi Scannelli was confirmed by the organization’s Board of Directors in February, and officially started on April 1. The Clemmons Community Foundation will also be opening a new office at the historic Broyhill Reception Center & Office Complex located on Clemmons Road.

After a national search that attracted nearly 40 applications, Sandi’s demonstrated leadership and passion for this vital role led to her selection. Sandi joins CCF with more than eight years of community foundation experience, having served as President & CEO for community foundations in both Virginia and Florida. Chairman of the Board of Directors, John Bost, expressed his excitement. “We are grateful for all who applied and feel fortunate that Ms. Sandi Scannelli has agreed to serve our community. She has already met with numerous leaders in the Greater Forsyth area, all expressing their highest praise and congratulations upon this fortunate milestone for CCF.”

The Clemmons Community Foundation exists to unlock the full philanthropic potential of Clemmons, Lewisville, and surrounding communities by connecting people and resources in ways that meaningfully transform our communities with access, opportunity, and an enriched quality of life for all residents. A core mission of the CCF is to strengthen the people, places, and partnerships that hold our communities together, build new connections that provide opportunities, and ensure our area continues to be a community in which all people want to call home. Scannelli commented, “I am honored to have this opportunity to serve the community and its residents. It is a privilege to work alongside our board’s leadership and generous individuals who want to invest in our future in ways that make a lasting difference.”
