Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• June 4, fraud, 900 block Boyer Drive, Clemmons. Reporting party gave personal information over the internet

• June 4, disturbance/non-criminal, 1100 block S. Peacehaven Road, Clemmons. Subjects were in a verbal argument at the YMCA lobby

• June 4, found property, 5900 block Styers Ferry Road, Clemmons. Purse found by subject while mowing

• June 4, welfare check, 5900 block Immanuel Road, Clemmons.  Caller requested a welfare check of a child

• June 4, driving while impaired, 1799 block Harper Road, Blakely Way Lane, Clemmons.  Woman drove vehicle while impaired. Cleared by arrest, Marsha Strickler Gaspari was cited for impaired driving/DUI

• June 4, aggravated assault, 6600 block Shallowford Road, Lewisville.  Male subjects entered into residence and forced victims into closet, stealing items within. $2,672 value of stolen items

• June 5, house breaking with force, 5800 block Harmony Cove Ave., Lewisville.  Subject stated that someone attempted to gain entry to his building.  $200 damage to door.

• June 5, auto breaking and larceny, 1800 block Running Cedar Trail, Lewisville. Attempted auto breaking while residents watched

• June 5, obtaining money by false pretense, 100 block Wellesley Place Court, Lewisville.  Suspect asked to borrow money and never returned

• June 5, police service-assist agency, 6300 block Shallowford Road/Conrad Road. Assisted NCSHP with vehicle collision

• June 5, auto breaking and larceny, 5900 block King Charles Court, Clemmons. Unknown suspect entered unlocked car and took items. $85 value of items stolen

• June 5, traffic accident, 3600 block Clemmons Road, Clemmons.  $1900 damage to fender and quarter panel

• June 5, hit and run accident, 6300 block Stadium Drive, Clemmons. $8,000 damage to vehicle

• June 5, misdemeanor breaking and entering, 2000 block Chandler Place Court, Clemmons.  Suspect forced open the front door and exited the back door. $500 damage to door frame

• June 6, locate wanted person, 4400 block Hampton Road, Clemmons. Subject with outstanding warrants was located during traffic stop

• June 6, communicating threats-intimidation, non-physical, 2400 block Lewisville-Clemmons Road. Unknown subject threatened manager in drive thru

• June 7, driving while impaired, 900 block Sequoia Drive/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville.  Subject was driving while impaired. Cleared for arrest, Kayla Michelle Norman was cited for impaired driving/DWI

• June 7, disturbance/non-criminal, 6300 block Amp Drive, Clemmons.  Verbal argument at a hotel.

• June 7, disturbance/non-criminal, 6200 block Towncenter Drive, Clemmons. Person became upset over a check at a financial institution.

• June 8, shoplifting, 2700 block Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Unknown suspect/s grabbed unknown items from Walgreens and left without paying

• June 8, auto breaking and larceny, 3300 block Middlebrook Drive, Clemmons. Unknown suspect broke rear window and entered vehicle to steal items.

• June 8, larceny from building, 6800 block Idols Road, Clemmons. Suspect stole cash from purse.  $1,100 stolen

• June 8, robbery, 400 block Williams Road, Lewisville.  Unknown subject robbed victim at gas station. $325 in total stolen value

• June 8, found property, 6500 block Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Vehicle key was located in park.

• June 9, police service-information provided, 200 block Belnette Drive, Lewisville. Subject provided information about mother with dementia.

• June 9, police service-assist agency, 6400 block Holder Road, Clemmons.  Homecare facility reported a violent mental patient

• June 9, simple assault-non aggravated assault, 6200 block Styers Ferry Road, Clemmons. Victim assaulted by suspect by being hit in the face

• June 9, driving while impaired, 3900 block Clemmons Road/Lasater Road, Clemmons, Subject was driving while impaired

• June 9, simple assault-non aggravated assault, 6900 block Logan’s Way Court, Clemmons.  Subject punched and grabbed victim during an argument in a parking lot

• June 10, larceny from building, 2400 block Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.  Employee stole $120 from three other employees at a retail establishment

• June 10, trespassing, 3600 block Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Person remained on premises after being told to leave

• June 10, civil dispute, 8100 block Hawkins Road, Clemmons. Civil dispute between a family and a repo man.

• June 10, drug violations, 3600 block Clemmons Road, Clemmons.  Marijuana was found while investigating a trespassing call
