Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• June 11, communicating threats-intimidation, non physical, 1400 block Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Victim threatened by co-worker at a restaurant.

• June 11, overdose, 6200 block Brewer Ave, Clemmons. Male found unconscious from overdose. Cleared for arrest, Nicholas Penaranda-McGregor was cited for fraudulent use of motor vehicle.

• June 11, breaking and entering with force, 5800 block Harmony Cove Ave., Lewisville. Unknown suspects used force to enter a building.

• June 11, police service-welfare check, 4100 block Winding Oaks Trail, Lewisville. Subject called 911 while having a mental health crises.

• June 11, shoplifting, 6700 block Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Subject wrapped up perfume in dress and placed it in the shopping cart at a pharmacy.

• June 11, police service-attempted suicide, 1000 block Ridings Road, Lewisville. Subject broke a perfume bottle and used broken glass to cut her arm.

• June 12, shoplifting, 100 block Westwood Village Drive, Clemmons. Subject concealed merchandise under his shirt.

• June 12, disturbance/non-criminal, 1500 block Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Customer caused disturbance in a sweepstakes establishment.

• June 12, fraud, 2700 block Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Debit card number was obtained via telephone scam.

• June 12, paraphernalia-using/equipment, 6300 block Brewer Avenue, Clemmons. Cleared for arrest, Tyler Kahleel Briggs was cited for drug paraphernalia.

• June 12, communicating threats-intimidation, non-physical, 6300 block Brewer Avenue, Clemmons. Victim alleged he was threatened by a group of people.

• June 12, trespassing, 5800 block Styers Ferry Road, Clemmons. Subject entered residence without the property owners consent.

• June 12, driving while impaired, 2700 block Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject was driving while impaired. Cleared for arrest, Ty Evan Anderson was cited for impaired driving DWI.

• June 12, trouble with neighbor, 300 block Doub Road, Lewisville. Subject called because her neighbor hit her fence with a basketball.

• June 13, disorderly conduct, 100 block Lowes Foods Drive, Lewisville. Subject caused a disturbance in the parking lot of a bar.

• June 13, traffic accident, 6900 block Hanesbrook Court, Clemmons. Two vehicles involved with damage of $800 to one vehicle.

• June 13, police service-non criminal call for service, 100 block EB 40/Harper Road, Clemmons. Subject called to report issue but wouldn’t provide information.

• June 13, police service-information provided, 700 block Tanglewood Park Road, Clemmons. Park visitor caused staff concern for safety.

• June 13, traffic accident, 6200 block Towncenter Drive, Clemmons. Two vehicle accident with damage of $1,100 and $2,000.

• June 13, disturbance/non-criminal, 3500 block Middlebrook Drive, Clemmons. Subject stated she was arguing with acquaintance.

• June 13, traffic accident, 2200 block Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Peace Haven Drive. Two vehicle accident with damage of $4,000 and $5,000.

• June 14, robbery, 1600 block Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect robbed victim with a knife.

• June 14, vandalism, 2400 block Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Unknown suspect damaged the victim’s vehicle with $400 damage.

• June 14, shoplifting, 4300 block Kinnamon Village Lp., Clemmons. Suspects stole infant formula worth $619 and razor blades.

• June 14, drug violations, 3700 block Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Marijuana found on traffic stop.

• June 14, larceny, 3200 block Waterford Glen Lane, Clemmons. Subject stated that property was missing from his residence with a total stolen value of $580.

• June 14, larceny from auto, 4400 block Clinard Road, Clemmons. Unknown suspect stole registration sticker of of vehicle.

• June 15, found property, 6200 block Towncenter Dr., Clemmons. Restaurant found wallet left on a table.

• June 17, drug violations, violation of auto law-operation violation, 6600 block Styers Ferry Road, Clemmons. Subject was driving with a revoked license and possessed marijuana.

• June 17, drug violations, 100 block Westwood Village Drive, Clemmons. Offender possessed marijuana in parking lot of business.

• June 17, paraphernalia-using equipment, 3700 block Verbena Way, Clemmons. Marijuana pipe found in woods.

• June 17, larceny from building, 5800 block Kinney Road, Lewisville. Subject took car without permission and also stole credit card. Total stolen value of $374.
