Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• July 23, vandalism, 5900 block of King Charles Court, Clemmons. Suspect threw brick at back storm door of a residential property

• July 23, traffic accident, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle crash with damage of $800 and $1,500

• July 23, police service-fraud, 6600 block of Village Brook Trail, Clemmons. Reporting party received a fraudulent check

• July 23, vandalism, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Store window at a restaurant was broken with an unknown object

• July 24, traffic accident, 100 block of Eastbound 40/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. One-vehicle crash with $2,000 damage to the vehicle and $2,000 damage to the guardrail

• July 24, shoplifting, 1400 block of River Ridge Road, Clemmons. Subject took chairs from the sidewalk at Dollar General

• July 24, hit & run accident, 3000 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle crash with damage of $200 and $800

• July 24, vandalism, 1600 block of Harper Springs Drive, Clemmons. Suspects threw eggs at vehicle

• July 25, vandalism, 1700 block of Spring Path Trail, Clemmons. Unknown subject egged a residence

• July 25, traffic accident, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Sessions Court, Clemmons. Two-vehicle crash with damage of $3,000 and $5,000

• July 25, disturbance/non-criminal, 6300 block of Cook Avenue, Clemmons. Reporting party had an argument with another person

• July 25, traffic accident, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle crash with damage of $2,500 and $3,000

• July 25, communicating threats, intimidation/ non-physical, 3500 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect threatened to beat the victim up

• July 25, house breaking with force, 100 block of Slater Road, Lewisville,  Suspect forced entry into locked home. Damage to door of $200

• July 25, police service-civil dispute, 1300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Provided subject with information regarding a civil matter.

• July 26, drug violations, 4000 block of Nature Trail Drive, Clemmons. Suspect possessed marijuana. Cleared for arrest, Andrew Mikel Younger was charged with possession of drugs-schedule IV

• July 26, police service-fraud, 700 block of Pilgrim Ford Court, Clemmons. Wells Fargo reported elderly customer’s account mismanagement.

• July 26, police service-information provided, 6000 block of Meadowbrook Mall Court, Clemmons. Family was unable to get a mentally disabled person to their car

• July 26, traffic accident, 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle crash in a parking lot area with damage of $1,200 and $800

• July 26, communicating threats-intimidation, non physical. 3100  block of Gammon Lane, Clemmons. Individual threatened wife’s friend over marital issues.

• July 26, police service, welfare check, 3900 block of Bingham Creek, Clemmons. Youth line mental health employee reported that a teen was having issue with hearing voices

• July 26, larceny, 6200 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Cards stolen after phone found missing.

• July 27, drug violations, driving while impaired, 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Towncenter, Clemmons.  Offender drove vehicle on street while impaired. Cleared for arrest. Terry Lee Plott was charged with possession of marijuana.

• July 27, found property, 8100 block of Elkmont Drive, Clemmons.  Subject found registration plate in the road in front of his house

• July 27, autobreaking and larceny, vandalism, 600 block of Cedarbrook Court, Lewisville. Unknown suspect vandalized truck and stole items. Total stolen value of $1,100 included two chainsaws and a backpack blower.

• July 27, paraphernalia, using/equipment, 400 block of Williams Road, Lewisville. Drug paraphernalia located in vehicle during consent search on a traffic stop.

• July 28, police service, welfare check, 5700 block of Gayray Street, Clemmons. Checked on children at a home

• July 28, stalking, 1200 block of Hauser Road, Lewisville. Woman was stalking a newspaper delivery driver

• July 29, found property, 6300 block of Styers Ferry Road, Clemmons. Subject located a wallet laying on the ground

• July 29, found property, 1400 block of South Peace Haven Road/Lasater Road, Clemmons. Subject located keys in the roadway.

• July 30, paraphernalia-possessing/concealing equipment and driving while impaired, 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/WB, Clemmons. Subject was driving while impaired. Cleared for arrest, Brandon Lee Lewis was charged with impaired driving DWI
