Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Aug. 20 — Illegal dumping, 6200 block of Brewer Ave., Clemmons.  Matress and furniture found beside dumpster.

• Aug. 20 — Hit and run accident,  1800 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.

• Aug. 20 — Larceny from building, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect stole cellular phone.

• Aug. 20 — Overdose, 100 block of Brittington Drive, Lewisville. Teenager overdosed on anti-depressant.

• Aug. 21 — Drug violations, 2800 block of Middlebrook Drive, Clemmons. Subject possessed Marijuana.

• Aug. 21 — Traffic accident, 6300 block of Cephis Drive, Clemmons. 

• Aug. 21 — Police service-fraud, 400 block of Drumheller Road, Clemmons. Scammed into sending money to pay taxes for winnings.

• Aug. 21 — Fcso police service-fraud, 3900 block of Westridge Meadow Court, Clemmons. Unknown subject impersonating Realtor trying to rent condo.

• Aug. 21 — Traffic accident, 2400 block of Lewsiville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.

• Aug. 21 — Driving while impaired, 2200 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.  Suspect drove vehicle while impaired.

• Aug. 21 — Autobreaking and larceny, 6500 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Unknown suspect took item from truck bed.

• Aug. 22 — Drug violations, 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons.  Subject possessed heroin. 

• Aug. 22 — Store breaking without force, 4700 block of Commercial Park Court. Unknown suspect stole power tool.

• Aug. 22 — Police service-civil dispute, 6000 block of Meadowbrook Mall Court, Clemmons.  Reporting party reported that someone was cashing his disability checks without his permission.

• Aug. 22 — Simple assault-non aggravated, 3900 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Victim was assaulted.

• Aug. 22 — Police service-civil dispute, 5400 block of Moravian Heights Lane, Clemmons.  Neighbors arguing over property line.

• Aug. 22 — Simple assault, not aggravated, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect punched the victim in the face.

• Aug. 22 — Police service-attempt suicide, 4600 block of River Gate Drive, Clemmons. White male attempted suicide.

• Aug. 22 — Police service, disturbance/non criminal, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.  Subject causing a disturbance at Lowes Foods.

• Aug. 22 — Larceny from building, 6300 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville.  Money discovered missing from business.

• Aug. 22 — Larceny- all other; police service-fraud, 1200 block of Bebb Willow Lane, Lewisville.  Unknown suspect took debit card from the porch.

• Aug. 22 — Simple assault-non aggravated, 100 block of Brookway West Drive, Lewisville.  Suspect forced open door and assaulted victim.

• Aug. 22 —Police service-fraud, 100 block of Applewood Drive, Lewisville. Female received telephone scam in reference to a banking account error.

• Aug. 23 — Hit and run accident, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.

• Aug. 23 — Trespassing, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect was told not to return to the store.

• Aug. 23 — Larceny- all other, 6100 block of Stadium Drive/Stadium Ridge Court, Clemmons.  Found property returned to owner.

• Aug. 23 — Trespassing, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect was told not to return to the store.

• Aug. 23 — Shoplifting, 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons.  Suspect took items off the shelf and left the store.

• Aug. 23 — Harassing phone calls, 6200 block of Towncenter Drive, Clemmons.  Unknown person(s) called local restaurant to obtain information.

• Aug. 23 — Police service, locate missing person, 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons.  Locate a missing person.

• Aug. 23 — Traffic accident, 2800 block of Knob Hill Drive, Peace Haven Road.

• Aug. 23 — Autobreaking and larceny, 4000 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Vehicle broken into items stolen.

• Aug. 23 — Autobreaking and larceny, 1100 block of South Peace Haven Road, Clemmons.  Suspect broke window and stole purse.

• Aug. 23 — Vandalism, 800 block of Ridge Gate Drive, Lewisville.   Vehicle vandalized by bb rifle/gun.

• Aug. 24 — Police service-civil dispute, 5500 block of Marty Lane, Clemmons. Dispute of work completed monies owed.

• Aug. 24 — Police service-non criminal, 3500 block of Lawrence Street, Clemmons. Man walked into vet office stating he wanted to end his life.

• Aug. 24 — Traffic accident, 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. 

• Aug. 24 — Trespassing, 2200 block of Megan Court, Clemmons. Suspect refused to leave upon demand.

• Aug. 24 — Disorderly conduct, 2200 block of Megan Court, Clemmons.  Suspect refused to leave upon demand.

• Aug. 24 — Larceny from building, 6300 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Unknown suspect took money from office area.

• Aug. 24 — Police service-fraud, 6200 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Man lost money to Duke Energy scam.

• Aug. 24 — Drug violations, 6500 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville.  Subject had marijuana in his possession.

• Aug. 24 — Police service-fraud, 6600 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Duke Energy money card scam.

• Aug. 24 — Disorderly conduct or resisting arrest, 1400 block of Brookway West Court, Lewisville. Man caused disturbance in apartment complex.

• Aug. 25 — Vandalism, 6300 block of Cook Avenue, Clemmons. Suspect threw object and broke window.

• Aug. 25 — Drug violations, 100 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Stadium Drive, Clemmons. Subject possessed Schedule II controlled substance.

• Aug. 25 — Breaking and entering with force, 1100 block of South Peace Haven Road, Clemmons.  Suspect entered building through the back door.

• Aug. 25 — Found property, 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Allegacy Way. Subject found a debit card.

• Aug. 25 — Simple assault, non-aggravated, 4400 block of Clinard Road, Clemmons.  Elderly man hits elderly woman in nursing home.

• Aug. 25 — Police service, illegal dumping, 3600 block of Spangenberg Avenue, Clemmons.  Suspect threw away garbage in private dumpster.

• Aug. 25 — Missing person, 5900 block of King Charles Court, Clemmons. Ex-husband reported wife missing after leaving home.

• Aug.  25 — Trespassing, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspects trespassed on business property.

• Aug. 26 — Suspicious vehicle, 7700 block of Whitehorse Drive/Fair Oaks Drive. Unknown subject taking pictures of houses.

• Aug. 26 — Driving while impaired, 100 block of Hwy. 421/Williams Road, Lewisville. Subject was driving while impaired.

• Aug. 26 — Police service call, misdemeanor breaking and entering, 1200 block of Roller Mill Court, Lewisville. Individual saw an unknown man on her back porch.
