Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Aug. 27 — locate wanted person, 2600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. NCIC wanted offender located on traffic stop for seatbelt violation.

• Aug. 27 — traffic accident, 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle crash with damage of $800 and $1,200.

• Aug. 27, paraphernalia, 1100 block of South Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Drug use reported in bathroom of an establishment.

• Aug. 27 — shoplifting, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject shoplifted merchandise in Lowes Foods. Value of stolen items was $203.

• Aug. 27 — police service-welfare check, 3100 block of Gammon Lane, Clemmons. Parent left her child in the car while she was inside a store.

• Aug. 27 — police service-fraud, 800 block of Newington Drive, Clemmons. Fraudulent loan was taken out in a citizen’s name.

• Aug. 27 — use of force, 8200 block of Dull Road, Clemmons. Deputy dispatched a deer.

• Aug. 27 — driving while impaired, 100  block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Styers Ferry Road, Lewisville. Subject was driving while impaired

• Aug. 27 — police service-attempted suicide. 100 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Female attempted suicide by taking a handful of narcotics at a service station.

• Aug. 28 — simple assault-non aggravated assault, 100 block of Lucy Lane, Lewisville. Student hit teacher in the face and kicked a counselor on the leg.

• Aug. 28 — police service-fraud. 1300 block of Allspice Court, Lewisville. Was advised of a fraud that had already been reported to the bank.

• Aug. 28 — hit and run accident, 8500 block of Lismore Street, Clemmons. Damage to vehicle of $3,500.

• Aug. 28 — autobreaking and larceny, 7000 block of Tramore Lane, Clemmons. Unknown suspect stole a network switch and tools valued at $2,000.

• Aug. 29 — drug violations, 3500 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Traffic stop yielded a small quantity of marijuana.

• Aug. 29 — traffic accident, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Two-vehicle crash with damage of $2,500 and $2,000.

• Aug. 29 — simple assault-non aggravated assault, 5700 block of Styers Ferry Road, Clemmons. Subject was assaulted by her boyfriend

• Aug. 29 — breaking and entering without force, 5700 block of Styers Ferry Road, Clemmons. Subject entered the house through the window to retrieve personal items.

• Aug. 29 — police service, civil dispute, 4400 block of Silo Ridge Court, Clemmons. Suspect sprayed weed killer onto neighbor’s yard.

• Aug. 30 — drug violations, 100 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Stadium Drive. Subject possessed methamphetamine.

• Aug. 30 — shoplifting, 4100 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject concealed merchandise under their shirt at Harris-Teeter with a total stolen value of $36.44

• Aug. 30 — fleet vehicle accident, 2600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road. Fleet vehicle involved in parking lot accident with damage of $200.

• Aug. 30 — hit and run accident, 6800 block of Idols Road/Middlebrook Drive, Clemmons. Two vehicles involved in crash with damage of $6,500 and $4,500.

• Aug. 30 — trespassing, 7500 block of Riverside Court, Clemmons. Subject refused to leave home upon demand.

• Aug. 30 — lost/stolen license plate, 100 block of Bradford Place Lane, Lewisville. Male reported lost/stolen license plate registered to his motorcycle.
