Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Oct. 1 — larceny, 8000 block of Kilcash Court, Clemmons. Suspect took personal property of victim with a total stolen value of $330.

• Oct. 1 — autobreaking and larceny, 7000 block of Tramore Lane, Clemmons. Property from auto breaking was found lying in the yard. Total recovered value of $485.

• Oct. 1 — transporting tax paid liquor, driving while license revoked, violation of auto law, 100 block of Clemmons Road/Littlebrook Drive, Clemmons. Subject possessed open container in vehicle.

• Oct. 2 — trouble with neighbor, 6500 block of Gentry Circle, Clemmons. Neighbors arguing about noise disturbance.

• Oct. 2 — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subjects were engaged in a verbal altercation that led to an affray on school property.

• Oct. 2 — 3700 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Police service-non criminal call for service. Emails sent to church staff regarding a former student.

• Oct. 2 — traffic accident, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle crash with damages of $1,000 and $1,500.

• Oct. 2 — police service-information provided, 3300 block of Cook Place Drive, Clemmons. Caller requested information regarding welfare check.

• Oct. 3 — police service-information provided, 1600 block of Southwest School Road, Clemmons. Person observed damage to vehicle that occurred at another location.

• Oct. 3 — traffic accident, 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle crash with damages of $4,500 and $1,800.

• Oct. 3 — police service-non criminal call for service, 4100 block of Olivers Run Trail, Clemmons. Stood by while family grabbed medical supply.

• Oct. 3 — communicating threats-intimidation, non physical, 200 Bradford Place Lane, Lewisville. Suspect made vague threats towards victim.

• Oct. 3 — vandalism and discharging firearm, 200 block of Bradford Place Lane, Lewisville. Multiple callers advised they heard five to six gunshots.

• Oct. 4 — trouble with neighbor, 6200 block of Hampton Chase Drive, Clemmons. Neighbor was harassing construction workers.

• Oct. 4 — traffic accident, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle crash in parking lot with damages of $1,000 to each vehicle.

• Oct. 4 — fleet vehicle accident, 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Resident backed into a patrol car while on a traffic stop.

• Oct. 4 — lost property, 400 block of Williams Road, Lewsiville. Caller advised that he lost his wallet at a service station.

• Oct. 5 — Automobile theft, 5700 block of Southwest Acres Drive, Clemmons. Suspect stole victim’s vehicle.

• Oct. 5 — locate wanted person, 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Located a wanted person from Davie County at a hotel. Melvin Lynn Pruitt was arrested and charged with felony larceny

• Oct. 5 — assisting/promoting prostitution,1400 block of River Ridge Road, Clemmons. Suspect propositioned victim for sexual favors at a retail business.

• Oct. 5 — autobreaking and larceny, 5000 block of Styers Ferry Road, Lewisville. Suspects entered unlocked car and took $200 in cash.

• Oct. 5 — simple assault-non aggravated assault, 100 block of Brightstar Lane, Lewisville. Victim was allegedly thrown against the wall.

• Oct. 6 — assisting/promoting prostitution,1400 block of River Ridge Road, Clemmons. Suspect propositioned victim for sexual favors at a retail business.

• Oct. 6 — paraphernalia-using/equipment, 3100 block of Gammon Lane, Clemmons. Marijuana paraphernalia seized pursuant to traffic stop.

• Oct. 7 — drug violations, possessing/concealing tax paid liquor, 6600 block of Village Point Lake Drive, Clemmons. Suspect possessed marijuana and open container in vehicle.
