Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Oct. 8 — Unauthorized use of conveyance, 3800 block of Old Rosebud Court, Clemmons. Suspect failed to return borrowed vehicle as agreed upon.

• Oct. 8 — traffic accident, 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle crash with damages of $6,000 and $3,500.

• Oct. 8 — traffic accident, 100 block of Village Point Drive/Village Point Lake Drive, Clemmons. One-vehicle crash with damages of $6,000 to the vehicle and $2,500 to a light pole.

• Oct. 8 — shoplifting, 100 block of Westwood Village Drive, Clemmons. Suspect grabbed clothes and ran out the door at a Gabes.

• Oct. 8 — traffic accident, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Three-vehicle crash with damages of $3,500, $5,500 and $4,000.

• Oct. 9 — drug violations, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect possessed marijuana. Cleared by arrest, Bobby Lee Summers was charged with drug possession Schedule VI.

• Oct. 9 — police service-information provided, 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Students reported troubling conversation about a school shooting.

• Oct. 9 — police service-non criminal call for service, 6500 block of Holder Road, Clemmons. Unknown subject threatened to share masturbation video.

• Oct. 9 — all other offenses, 6600 block of Valleyoak Drive, Clemmons. The victim was being harassed over social media.

• Oct. 9 — found property, 4100 block of Briar Creek Road/Bridgewater Drive, Clemmons. Subject found a knife while walking down the road.

• Oct. 9 — vandalism, 6500 block of Lagrande Place Drive, Lewisville. Unknown suspect/s threw a cinder block through a car window at a residence.

• Oct. 9 — autobreaking and larceny, 800 block of Ridge Gate Drive, Lewisville. Suspect/s took property from an unlocked vehicle.

• Oct. 9 — Burglary-non forced and tampering with a vehicle, 500 block of Riding Ridge Lane, Lewisville. Three subjects entered an open garage and stole a safe. Value of stolen property was $1,000.

• Oct. 9 — autobreaking and larceny, 100 block of Ridge Gate Court, Lewisville. Unknown suspects broke into victim’s vehicle.

• Oct. 9 — autobreaking and larceny, 200 block of Fox Ridge Circle, Lewisville. Unknown suspect/s broke into the victims car and stole items with a total stolen value of $1,140.

• Oct. 9 — automobile theft, 900 block of Ridge Gate Drive, Lewisville. Unknown person/s stole a 2012 Ford Focus from victim’s residence. Total stolen value of $7,100.

• Oct. 9 — autobreaking and larceny, 800 block of Ridge Gate Drive, Lewisville. Unknown person/s attempted to break into victim’s vehicle.

• Oct. 9 — autobreaking and larceny, 1100 block of Fallbrook Lane, Lewisville.  Unknown person/s broke into victim’s vehicle.

• Oct. 9 — tampering with vehicle, 800 block of Ridge Gate Drive, Lewisville. Unknown persons attempted to break into victim’s vehicle.

• Oct. 9 — autobreaking and larceny, 200 block of Shady Brook Lane, Lewisville. Unknown person/s broke into victim’s vehicle.

• Oct. 10 — police service-information provided, 8200 block of Arbor Ridge Lane, Clemmons. Subject called to report a possible scam.

• Oct. 10 — suspicious person, 6800 block of Idols Road, Clemmons. Suspicious person reported in a public vehicular area.

• Oct. 10 — harassing phone calls, 5400 block of Moravian Heights Lane, Clemmons. Suspect called victim.

• Oct. 10 — traffic accident, 700 block of Reynolds Road/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Two-vehicle crash with damages of $6,500 and $10,000.

• Oct. 11 — police service-non criminal call for service, 1500 block of Trinity Garden Court, Clemmons. Subject received phone call about rental property.

• Oct. 11 — police service-fraud, 6700 block of Forest Oak Drive, Clemmons. Subject claimed to be IRS agent.

• Oct. 11 — traffic accident, 2700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.

• Oct. 12 — traffic accident, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle crash with damages of $1,500 and $1,100.

• Oct. 12 — traffic accident, 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle crash with damages of $6,500 and $2,500

• Oct. 12 — traffic accident, 3600 Clemmons Road, Clemmons.  Two-vehicle crash in parking lot with damages of $1,000 to each vehicle

• Oct. 12 — shoplifting, 4100 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect took items from Harris-Teeter with total stolen value of $20.

• Oct. 12 — hit and run accident, 2500 block of of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Damage of $800 to the vehicle.

• Oct. 12 — disturbance/non-criminal, 14oo block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Customer got mad due to cashier asking for an ID at a service station.

• Oct. 12 — involuntary commitment-non criminal detainment, 900 block of Dawnlea Drive, Lewisville. Female worried about her friend’s health and safety.

• Oct. 13 — driving while impaired, 3700 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject was driving while impaired.

• Oct. 13 — police service-assist agency, 100 block of Westbound 40/Harper Road, Clemmons. Assisted NCSHP with a motor vehicle accident stemming from a DWI.

• Oct. 13 — drug violations, 100 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Located offender preparing to smoke illegal drugs.

• Oct. 14 — police service-information provided, 3900 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Reporting person had an irate person on the phone and wanted information.

• Oct. 14 — police service-welfare check, 6600 block of Gentry Court, Clemmons. Caller concerned for neighbors safety.
