Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Nov. 5 — larceny, 4000 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Tanglewood Golf Course was vandalized. Value of stolen items was $35 and damaged items were valued at  $312.

• Nov. 5 — suspicious vehicle, 9700 block of Lissara Camp Court, Lewisville. Suspicious vehicle was parked on the side of the road.

• Nov. 6 — traffic accident, 6300 block of Stadium Drive, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with $1,000 damage to one vehicle.

• Nov. 6 — found property, 5400 block of Nestleway Drive, Clemmons. Bicycle was found on property.

• Nov. 6 — traffic accident, 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-car accident in parking lot with damages of $1,800 and $1,000.

• Nov. 6 — police service-fraud, 1600 block of Lakefield Drive, Clemmons. Fraud occurred outside of Forsyth County.

• Nov. 6 — police service-non criminal call for service, 1700 Chardale Drive, Clemmons. Landlord was suspicious of tenant’s activity.

• Nov. 6 — harassing phone calls, 1500 block of Kenwalt Drive, Clemmons. Text message was sent after being told to not contact victim.

• Nov. 6 — suspicious person, 100 block of Lucy Lane, Lewisville. Unknown subject photographed elementary school and entered the front door.

• Nov. 6 — police service-information provided, 6100 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Female broke window while knocking on door.

• Nov. 7 — counterfeiting/drug violations/paraphernalia, 1400 block of River Ridge Road, Clemmons. Offender possessed illegal drugs, paraphernalia and counterfeit money. Cleared for arrest, Shannon Ray Barker was charged with forgery-bank notes.

• Nov. 7 — harassment (non-criminal), 3600 block of Tanglewood Trail, Clemmons. Caller stated that her ex-boyfriend was harassing.

• Nov. 7 — suspicious person, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect acting suspicious in the parking lot of a grocery store.

• Nov. 7 — police service-welfare check, 6200 block of Towncenter Drive, Clemmons. Subject had too much to drink and needed a ride home.

• Nov. 7 — drug violations/paraphernalia/driving while license revoked, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect possessed marijuana, paraphernalia and was driving with a revoked license. Cleared for arrest, John Wesley Ingram was charged with possession of marijuana.

• Nov. 7 — overdose, 100  block of Brightstar Lane, Lewisville. Husband reported that wife had threatened to commit suicide.

• Nov. 7 — transporting tax-paid liquor, 6800 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Subject had an open container of alcohol in his vehicle. Cleared for arrest, Nathaniel David Blair was charged with open container.

• Nov. 8 — police service-non criminal call for service, 6200 block of Towncenter Drive, Clemmons. Door was unsecured behind business.

• Nov. 8 — police service-welfare check, 3300 block of Cook Place Drive, Clemmons. Subject concerned with welfare of a child.

• Nov. 8 — misdemeanor breaking and entering, 3900 block of Hampton Road, Clemmons. Suspect entered vacant home to sleep. Cleared for arrest, Edward Brian Given was charge with misdemeanor breaking and entering.

• Nov. 8 — police service-assist agency, 7600 block of Grapevine Road, Lewisville. Assisted the highway patrol on a vehicle crash.

• Nov. 8 — overdose, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Overdose occurred in a public vehicular area.

• Nov. 9 — police service-non criminal call for service, 4600 block of Fieldspring Road, Clemmons. ICAC cyber tip.

• Nov. 9 — lost/stolen license plate, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Tag apparently fell off a vehicle.

• Nov. 9 — suspicious person, 6500 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Subjuect asked about a protest in Lewisville.

• Nov. 10 — driving while impaired, 2000 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Morgan Place. Subject was driving while impaired.
