Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Nov. 12 — police service-welfare check, 1600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Driver was stranded due to damaged passenger tire.

• Nov. 12 — police service-assist agency, 3900 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Assisted EMS with a mental patient at a medical facility.

• Nov. 12 — missing person, 3900 block of Westridge Meadow Circle, Clemmons. Sister reported missing by the caller.

• Nov. 12 — Assault with sexual motive (non-aggravated), 8400 block of Grove Creek Drive, Lewisville. Suspect allegedly sexually assaulted the victim.

• Nov. 12 — police service-non criminal call for service, 200 block of North Street, Lewisville. Individual reported reckless driving in the neighborhood.

• Nov. 13 — traffic accident, 3600 block of Middlebrook Drive, Clemmons. Single-vehicle accident with $8,000 damage.

• Nov. 13 — police service-information provided, 3900 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Retirement home residents found in bed together.

• Nov. 13 — traffic accident, 3500 block of Clemmons Road/Stadium Drive, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $4,000 and $7,000.

• Nov. 14 — suspicious person, 7000 block of Mason Place Court, Clemmons. A male was ringing caller’s doorbell.

• Nov. 14 — paraphernalia/possession, 7000 block of Bridgewood Road, Clemmons. Subject in possession of paraphernalia.

• Nov. 14 — communicating threats-intimidation, non physical, 5300 block of Graycliff Lane, Clemmons. Gun owner threatened patron.

• Nov. 14 — traffic accident, 100 block of Westbound 40/Lewisville-Clemmons Road. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $2,000 and $3,000.

• Nov. 14 — larceny, 400 block of Harvest Pine Road, Lewisville. Unknown suspect/s stole oriental flags from victim’s yard. Total stolen value of $125.

• Nov. 15 — traffic accident, 2600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $2,000 and $5,000.

• Nov. 15 — simple assault-non aggravated assault, 5900 block of King Charles Court, Clemmons. Offender and victim got into a physical argument.

• Nov. 15 — shoplifting, 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Unknown person took items fro the Walmart Neighborhood Market.

• Nov. 15 — police service-welfare check, 1600 block of Chardale Drive, Clemmons. Subject reported a possible overdose.

• Nov. 15 — overdose, 400 block of Heritage Drive, Lewisville. Subject intentionally overdosed on a prescription medication.

• Nov. 16 — police service-non criminal call for service, 4100 block of Olivers Run Trail, Clemmons. Caller concerned about cats in a home.

• Nov. 16 — breaking & entering with force, 2600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Unknown subject broke glass door and made entry into Breakfast Time. Damage to door of $500.

• Nov. 16 — harassing phone calls, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect was prank calling Krispy Kreme.

• Nov. 16 — police service-non criminal call for service, 700 block of Fountain Brook Lane, Lewisville. Individual claimed to be intimidated by another.

• Nov. 16 — police service-information provided, 800 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Individual reported possible drug interactions.

• Nov. 16 — drug violations, 6300 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Drugs located in vehicle during a traffic stop.

• Nov. 16 — driving while impaired, 100 block of Lewisville-Vienna Road/Great Wagon Road, Lewisville. Subject was driving while impaired.

• Nov. 17 — trespassing, 7500 block of Bullard Road, Clemmons. Unknown subject trespassed on property.

• Nov. 17 — suspicious person, 6000 block of Arden Road, Clemmons. Suspicious persons located in the neighborhood.

• Nov. 17 — drug violations/possession of paraphernalia, 6000 block of Arden Road, Clemmons. Marijuana seized from a suspicious person that was checking doors.

• Nov. 17 — simple assault-non aggravated assault, 5900 block of King Charles Court, Clemmons. Suspect assaulted victim by fighting.

• Nov. 17 — drug violations, 300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Sequoia Drive, Lewisville. Subject possessed marijuana.

• Nov. 18 — aggravated assault, 6000 block of Meadowbrook Mall Court, Clemmons. Offender stabbed victim with a retractable pocket knife in a bar. Cleared for arrest, Tona Renee Caudel was charged with assault with a deadly weapon to inflict injury.

• Nov. 18 — police service-information provided, 5300 block of Nestleway Drive, Clemmons. Subjects were in a dispute over property bought at a yard sale.

• Nov. 18 — possessing stolen property/possession of paraphernalia, 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Offenders possesses drug paraphernalia and stolen property.

• Nov. 18 — police service-civil dispute, 700 block of Fountain Brook Lane, Lewisville. Civil disputed occurred between a customer and a business.
