Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Nov. 19 — drug violations, 100 block of Westbound 40/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Male admitted to having possession of marijuana.

• Nov. 19 — trespassing, 4500 block of Carriagebrook Court, Clemmons. Suspect stayed on property after being told to leave.

• Nov. 19 — traffic accident, 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. One-vehicle accident with damage of $2,000.

• Nov. 19 — police service-civil dispute, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Reporting party reported damage to vehicle by a car door at a restaurant.

• Nov. 19 — found property, 7600 block of Yadkinville Road, Lewisville. Scooter found in parking lot.

• Nov. 20 — vandalism, 7000 block of Orchard Path Drive, Clemmons. Suspect broke tree near the base.

• Nov. 20 — shoplifting, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect stole items from Cato. Value of stolen items is $30.

• Nov. 20 — shoplifting, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect attempted to shoplift beer.

• Nov. 20 — police service-information provided, 1200 Brookway West Drive, Lewisville. Subject wanted information about a civil matter.

• Nov. 21 — autobreaking and larceny, 3400 block of Brookland Drive, Clemmons. Suspect entered unlocked vehicles.

• Nov. 21 — autobreaking and larceny, 2800 block of Gray Moss Drive, Clemmons. Man discovered that an unknown suspect entered his vehicle.

• Nov. 21 — traffic accident, 4300 block of Kinnamon Village Drive, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with no damage reported.

• Nov. 21 — autobreaking and larceny, 3400 block of Brookland Drive, Clemmons. Suspect entered unlocked vehicles.

• Nov. 21 — traffic accident, 4100 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $4,500 and $6,000.

• Nov. 21 — police service-welfare check, 1700 block of Calvary View Lane, Clemmons. Checked the welfare of a homeowner and his property.

• Nov. 21 — traffic accident, 100 block of Westbound 40/Harper Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $1,200 and $2,000.

• Nov. 21 — traffic accident, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $1,800 and $1,500.

• Nov. 21 — traffic accident, 6400 block of Idols Road/Hampton Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $1,500 and $1,800.

• Nov. 21 — transporting tax-paid liquor, 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Intoxicated suspect possessed open containers in her vehicle.

• Nov. 21 — sex offender violation, 200 block of North Street, Lewisville. Sex offender failed to verify address.

• Nov. 21 — Possession/concealing weapons/drug violations, 1200 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Controlled substance and concealed weapon located during traffic stop.

• Nov. 21 — drug violations/possession of paraphernalia, 1000 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Dawnlea Drive, Lewisville.  Subject possessed marijuana and paraphernalia.

• Nov. 22 — drug violations/possession of paraphernalia, 1400 block of River Ridge Road, Clemmons. Suspect possessed drug paraphernalia. Cleared for arrest, Melody Danielle Shipwash was charged with drug paraphernalia.

• Nov. 22 — police service-information provided, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Person reported a wallet as stolen but was really misplaced.

• Nov. 22 — vandalism, 2100 block of Rossmore Road, Clemmons. Side mirror broken from another vehicle with damages of $200.

• Nov. 22 — house breaking with force, 7000 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Suspect kicked in front door and ransacked house. Damage of $200 to front door.

• Nov. 22 — aggravated assault, 6300 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Victim claimed an attempted assault with a vehicle.

• Nov. 22 — vandalism, 6300 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Suspect allegedly dented victim’s vehicle with damage of $200.

• Nov. 23 — drug violations, 2000 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Located marijuana on subject.

• Nov. 24 — robbery, 5000 block of Styers Ferry Road, Lewisville. Unknown suspect robbed H&P Business Center at gunpoint with $2,000 stolen.

• Nov. 25 — trespassing, 1700 block of Calvary View Lane, Clemmons. Suspect returned to the victim’s house after being told not to return.

• Nov. 25 — possession /concealing weapons/drug violations, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Marijuana and brass knuckles found in vehicle during vehicle stop.

• Nov. 25 — disturbance-non criminal, 1100 block of South Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Employees got into a verbal argument.
