Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Nov. 26 — traffic accident, 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $6,000 and $4,000.

• Nov. 26 — police service, non-criminal call for service, 7000 block of Whitby Avenue, Clemmons. Caller believed that someone stole her refrigerator.

• Nov. 26 — autobreaking and larceny, 5300 block of Sterling Forest Drive, Clemmons. Victim reported that $2.50 was missing from his vehicle.

• Nov. 26 — 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Marijuana and cocaine were seized pursuant to a traffic stop.

• Nov. 26 — drug violations, 5800 block of Marty Lane/Kenwalt Drive, Clemmons. Marijuana seized pursuant to a traffic stop.

• Nov. 26 — police service-information provided, 900 block of Forbus Farm Trail, Lewisville. Inherited owner of a sawed off shotgun requested it to be destroyed.

• Nov. 27 — stolen auto from another jurisdiction, 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Suspect was in possession of a stolen vehicle. Cleared for arrest, Sean-Michale Talon Wheatley was charged with fugitive arrest.

• Nov. 27 — possession/concealing weapons, Paraphernalia, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Knife and drug paraphernalia were seized pursuant to a traffic stop.

• Nov. 27 — traffic accident, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Market Center, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $3,000 and $1,000.

• Nov. 27 — communicating threats-intimidation, non physical, 1100 block of South Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Caller reported that a former co-worker was making threats to him.

• Nov. 27 — traffic accident, 2200 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $8,000 and $8,500.

• Nov. 27 — police service-fraud, 6700 block of Castleton Drive, Clemmons. Unknown subject used a hotel account.

• Nov. 28 — harassing phone calls, 7700 block of Holly Field Road, Clemmons. Report of harassing phone calls.

• Nov. 28 — traffic accident, 2700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $6,000 and $3,000.

• Nov. 28 — traffic accident, 100 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Westbound 40. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $1,000 and $2,500.

• Nov. 28 — traffic accident, 3800 block of Tangle Oak Drive, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $400 and $1,800.

• Nov. 28 — robbery, 4300 block of Kinnamon Village Loop, Clemmons. Sweepstakes business was robbed at gunpoint with $2,500 in cash stolen.

• Nov. 29 — simple assault-non aggravated assault, 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect kicked victim at a restaurant while eating.

• Nov. 29 — vandalism, 1200 block of Brookway West Drive, Lewisville. Caller stated that his tire was slashed in a parking lot with damage of $150.

• Nov. 30 — shoplifting, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect stole items valued at $711 from the Speedway Convenience Store.

• Nov. 30 — simple assault-non aggravated, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspects assaulted victim in a parking lot.

• Nov. 30 — traffic accident, 100 block of South Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $1,200 and $2,000.

• Nov. 30 — drug violations/paraphernalia, 100 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Marijuana was located during a traffic stop.

• Dec. 1 — larceny, 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Victim reported a bookbag stolen from a motel.

• Dec. 1 — violation of auto law, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Driver using transporter plate illegally.

• Dec. 1 — police service-non criminal call for service, 6000 block of Stone Bluff Drive, Clemmons. Reporting party wanted a firearm removed from a residence.

• Dec. 1 — disturbance/non-criminal, 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Elderly woman transported back to her residence.

• Dec. 1 — death investigation, 900 block of Montrachet Court, Lewisville. Reporting person located deceased step-brother outside.

• Dec. 1 — aggravated assault/vandalism, 7600 block of Franklin Road, Lewisville. Unknown individual struck victims house and a county vehicle with a stray bullet. Damages of $550 reported.

• Dec. 2 — fighting/affray, 5800 block of Sunny Ridge Trail, Clemmons. Suspects were mutually fighting in the street.

• Dec. 2 — aggravated assault, 2100 block of Chandler Place Circle, Clemmons. Suspect struck victim twice with a vehicle.

• Dec. 2 — involuntary commitment-non criminal commitment, 300 block of Winderly Court, Lewisville. Offender was saying that she wanted to commit suicide by overdose.
