Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Dec. 17 — simple assault-non aggravated assault, 3900 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Patient assaulted nurse at a medical facility.

• Dec. 17 — police service-non criminal call for service, 100 block of Westbound 40/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject pointed a pistol at the reporting party’s vehicle.

• Dec. 17 — trouble with neighbor, 3600 block of North Lakeshore Drive, Clemmons. Neighbors were in a dispute over a dog.

• Dec. 17 — traffic accident, 4200 block of Kinnamon Road/Stratford Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $3,500 to each vehicle.

• Dec. 17 — drug violations, 3500 block of Meadow Glen Drive, Clemmons. Offender was smoking marijuana in a personal vehicle. Cleared for arrest, Christopher Elton Richardson was charge with possession of marijuana.

• Dec. 17 — police service, non-criminal call for service, 5400 block of Carrington Oaks Drive, Lewisville. Caller advised that a male subject added her son on Snapchat.

• Dec. 18 — simple assault-non aggravated assault, 3900 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Patient assaulted nursing staff at a medical facility.

• Dec. 18 — larceny, 3200 block of Waterford Glen, Clemmons. Twenty sheets of OSB was stolen from a job site. Value of stolen items was $462.

• Dec. 18 — suspicious vehicle, 100 block of River Crest Court, Clemmons. Suspicious vehicle attempted to follow students home.

• Dec. 18 — animal cruelty, 6500 block of LagrandePlace Drive, Lewisville. Dog was neglected by a lack of food.

• Dec. 19 — traffic accident, 7400 block of Fair Oaks Drive, Clemmons. Single-vehicle accident in a parking lot with damage of $3,000.

• Dec. 19 — all other fraud, 6400 block of Sessions Court, Clemmons. Subject received a phone call asking to send prepaid cards.

• Dec . 19 — police service-information provided, 3900 block of Harper Road/Clemmons Road, Clemmons. While directing traffic, an officer was hit by an oncoming vehicle.

• Dec. 19 — drug violations, 2600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject possessed marijuana during a traffic stop. Cleared for arrest, Marcus Deshawn Bridges was charged with possession of drugs-Schedule VI.

• Dec. 19 — larceny, 9100 block of Concord Church Road, Lewisville. Elderly male stated that a wood post was stolen from his yard.

• Dec. 20 — illegal dumping, 700 block of La-vale Drive, Clemmons. Trash bag appeared on victim’s yard overnight.

• Dec. 20 — traffic accident, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $3,000 to each vehicle.

• Dec. 20 — traffic accident, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident in a parking lot with damages of $2,000 and $800.

• Dec. 20 — traffic accident, 4000 block of Clemmons Road/Harper Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $15,000 and $3,500.

• Dec. 20 — police service-information provided, 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Grocery store manager requested that a male subject leave the store.

• Dec. 20 — traffic accident, 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with no damages reported.

• Dec. 20 — police service-assist agency, 200 block of Shady Brook Lane, Lewisville. Mother of a disturbed male requested assistance due to his combative behavior.
