Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Dec. 31 — simple assault-non aggravated assault, 3900 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Patient kicked nurse in the shin and threw a chair.

• Dec. 31 — police service-civil dispute, 6000 block of Sunny Brook Drive, Clemmons. Statue returned back to seller was severely damaged.

• Dec. 31 — police service-welfare check, 8300 block of Cheval Street, Clemmons. Subject at a group home unknowingly left the premises.

• Dec. 31 — drug violations, 3800 block of Old Rosebud Court, Clemmons. Located drugs on offender. Cleared for arrest, Paul David Stone was charged with drug possession.

• Dec. 31 — suspicious person, 3600 block of Edgemoor Court, Clemmons. A footprint was found on the back porch of a residence.

• Dec. 31 — drug violations, 7200 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Subject possessed marijuana.

• Dec. 31 — found property, 7200 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. A white powdery substance was found.

• Jan. 1 — police service-non criminal call for service, 4100 block of Clinard Road, Clemmons. Subject drove into ditch and damaged grass.

• Jan. 1 — police service, assist agency, 3700 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Assisted with a single-vehicle accident that involved injury.

• Jan. 2 — autobreaking and larceny, 6000 block of Holder Road, Clemmons. Suspect took personal items from inside a vehicle.

• Jan. 2 — driving while license suspended/violation of auto law, 100 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Driver operated vehicle while license revoked. Cleared for arrest, Robert Gray Johnson was charged with a suspended/revoked license.

• Jan. 2 — locate wanted person, 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Located wanted subject during a traffic stop.

• Jan. 2 — drug violations, 200 block of Shady Brook Lane, Lewisville. Subject possessed less than a half ounce of marijuana and marijuana paraphernalia.

• Jan. 3 — drug violations, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect possessed methamphetamines. Cleared for arrest, Scotty Edgar Jarrell was charged with possession of mephedrone-bath salts, less than one ounce.

• Jan. 3 — traffic accident, 3700 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $500 to each vehicle.

• Jan. 3 — traffic accident, 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $15,000 and $8,000.

• Jan. 3 — police service-welfare check, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Checked the welfare of an elderly couple.

• Jan. 3 — traffic accident, 3500 block of Clemmons Road, Stadium Drive, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $3,000 and $2,500.

• Jan. 3 — trouble with juvenile, 3000 block of Panther Ridge Road, Lewisville. Juvenile called after being disciplined by parents.

• Jan. 4 — disturbance/non-criminal, 100 block of Stadium Oaks Drive, Clemmons. Subject entered medical facility wanting pain medication.

• Jan. 4 — found property, 2600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Unknown person donated ammunition rounds to Goodwill.

• Jan. 4 — traffic accident, 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $300 and $200.

• Jan. 4 — simple assault-non aggravated assault, 6000 block of Meadowbrook Mall Court, Clemmons. Suspect assaulted victim at a bar.

• Jan. 4 — police service-assist agency, 800 block of Grinnell Street, Lewisville. Assisted FBI with transporting a suspect in custody.

• Jan. 5 — resisting arrest/locate wanted person, 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Wanted person located. Cleared for arrest, Christopher Lee Layell was charged with failure to appear.

• Jan. 5 — trespassing, 6300 block of Allegacy Way, Clemmons. Employee got fired at a restaurant and refused to leave.

• Jan. 5 — suspicious person, 3500 block of Brookland Drive, Clemmons. Tent located in the woods.

• Jan. 5 — locate wanted person, 6500 block of Lagrande Place Drive, Lewisville. Located wanted person while on domestic.

• Jan. 6 — resisting arrest, 6000 block of Meadowbrook Mall Court, Clemmons. Suspect resisted arrest. Cleared for arrest, Morgan Brooke Hendrix was arrested for resisting arrest.

• Jan. 6 — all other offenses, 6000 block of Meadowbrook Mall Court, Clemmons. Suspects at a bar had counterfeit identification.

• Jan. 6 — suspicious person, 3500 block of Meadow Glen Court, Clemmons. Subjects possibly involved in auto breaking activity.

• Jan. 6 — discharging firearm, 7700 block of Fair Oaks Drive, Clemmons. Subject accidentally discharged a firearm.

• Jan. 6 — autobreaking and larceny, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Unknown suspect went into unlocked vehicle and stole victim’s wallet. Value of stolen items was $175.
