Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Jan. 7 — simple assault, non aggravated assault, 3900 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Patient assaulted medical staff.

• Jan. 7 — autobreaking and larceny, 600 block of Ravenhill Court, Clemmons. Unknown suspect went through unlocked vehicles.

• Jan. 7 — shoplifting, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect failed to pay for items at Lowes Foods. Value of recovered items was $91.36.

• Jan. 7 — paraphernalia, 6900 block of Morgan Place Drive, Clemmons. Offender possessed drug paraphernalia.

• Jan. 7 — autobreaking and larceny, 600 block of Barkworth Drive, Clemmons. Suspect entered unlocked vehicle and took items valued at $30.

• Jan. 7 — autobreaking and larceny, 600 block of Barkworth Drive, Clemmons. Suspect entered unlocked vehicle and took items valued at $2.

• Jan. 7 — missing person, 300 block of Pilot Ridge Drive, Lewisville. Dementia patient left residence in vehicle.

• Jan. 8 — autobreaking and larceny, 200 block of Epping Road, Clemmons. Unknown suspect went through several unlocked vehicles on Epping Road.

• Jan. 8 — police service-welfare check, 5700 block of Southwest Acres Drive, Clemmons. Male made suicidal statements to his fiancé.

• Jan. 8 — harassing phone calls, 6000 block of Holder Road, Clemmons. Victim received text message from unknown number.

• Jan. 8 — drug violations/paraphernalia, 400 block of Williams Road, Lewisville. Controlled substance was located in vehicle during a traffic stop.

• Jan. 8 — police service-fraud, 1000 block of Feldspar Lane, Lewisville. Subject reported that an account was opened in his name.

• Jan. 8 — drug violations/violations of auto laws, 1000 block of Lewisville-Vienna Road, Lewisville. Offender possessed illegal narcotics.

• Jan. 9 — fleet vehicle accident, 5200 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Deer ran into sheriff’s department fleet vehicle while driving down the road. Damages of $525 were reported.

• Jan. 10 — drug violations, 6400 block of Sessions Court, Clemmons. Suspect charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

• Jan. 10 — shoplifting, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Reporting party said customer stole jewelry. Value of stolen of $16.

• Jan. 10 — possessing/concealing stolen property, 8900 block of Lasater Road/Bullard Road, Clemmons. Recovered a stolen plate during a traffic stop.

• Jan. 10 — traffic accident, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $1,200 and $600.

• Jan. 10 — larceny from building, 100 block of South Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Suspect stole victim’s property valued at $945.

• Jan. 11 — illegal dumping, 3600 block of Spangenberg Avenue, Clemmons. Subject threw away boxes in a dumpster at Spangenberg Apartments.

• Jan. 11 — house breaking without force, 1900 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Unknown suspect entered shed and took a bicycle. Bicycle valued at $125.

• Jan. 11 — suspicious person, 8300 block of Dull Road, Clemmons. Homeowner wasn’t aware of a person on her property.

• Jan. 11 — order violation, 900 block of Brookway West Drive, Lewisville. Individual reported a 50B order violation.

• Jan. 12 — possession/concealing stolen property/drug violations, 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Suspect possessed a stolen motor vehicle.

• Jan. 12 — drug violations, 1900 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Western Villa, Clemmons. Marijuana located during a traffic stop.

• Jan. 12 — autobreaking and larceny, 100 block of Summerglen Drive, Lewisville. Unknown individual went through victim’s car.

• Jan. 12 — autobreaking and larceny, 100 block of Summerglen Drive, Lewisville. Unknown individual stole items from vehicle and used the debit card. Total stolen value of $95.

• Jan. 13 — police service-alarm, 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Unsecured door at West Forsyth High School was found.

• Jan. 13 — simple assault-non aggravated assault, 6000 block of Meadowbrook Mall Court, Clemmons. Suspect assaulted victim.
