Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Jan. 14 — transporting tax-paid liquor, 2300 block of Harper Road/Bullard Road, Clemmons. Violation of ABC Law. Cleared for arrest, Emily Ann Hiatt was charged with open container.

• Jan. 14 — welfare check, 6200 block of Arden Circle, Clemmons. Lifeline requested welfare check due to being unable to reach client.

• Jan. 14 — drug violations, 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Allegacy Way, Clemmons. Suspect had marijuana in his possession.

• Jan. 14 — traffic accident, 2600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $3,500 and $2,000.

• Jan. 14 — driving while impaired, 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Subject was driving while impaired. Cleared for arrest, Patrick Robert Harper was charged with impaired driving DWI.

• Jan. 14 — drug violations/driving while impaired, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Gas clerk found a male subject sleeping behind the wheel of a running car. Cleared for arrest, Michael Aaron Provenza was charged with drug possession Schedule IV.

• Jan. 14 — police service-assist agency, 200 block of Wyntfield Drive/Tullyries Lane, Lewisville. Assisted State Highway Patrol with a hit and run of a school bus.

• Jan. 15 — traffic accident, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $3,000 to each vehicle.

• Jan. 15 — traffic accident, 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two—vehicle accident with $1,500 damage to one vehicle.

• Jan. 15 — drug violations/driving while impaired, 3100 block of Village Point Drive, Clemmons. Subject was driving while impaired. Cleared for arrest, Abigail Zadie Barnes was charged with impaired driving DWI.

• Jan. 15 — hit and run accident, 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Damage to vehicle of $1,500.

• Jan. 15 — harassing phone calls, 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Victim reported harassing phone calls.

• Jan. 15 — vandalism, 5600 block of Shallowford Road/Shamrock Trail Road, Lewisville. Suspect damaged gate while trying to enter the neighborhood.

• Jan. 15 — house breaking with force, 300 block of Conrad Road, Lewisville. Unknown suspect pried side door and stole numerous firearms with ammunition. Items stole valued at $8,230.

• Jan. 16 — simple assault-non aggravated assault, 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Victim assaulted by suspect.

• Jan. 16 — Impersonation, 3300 block of Cook Place Drive, Clemmons. Person reported impersonation.

• Jan. 16 — drug violations, 800 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Marijuana was found in vehicle during a traffic stop.

• Jan. 16 — police service-fraud, 800 block of Holly Hedge Drive, Lewisville. Reporting party advised of a telephone fraud scam.

• Jan. 17 — drug violations, 3600 block of Clemmons Road/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect possessed marijuana.

• Jan. 17 — disturbance/non-criminal, 3700 block of Harper Road, Clemmons. Employee was drinking alcohol on a jobsite

• Jan. 17 — drug violations/transporting tax paid liquor, 900 block of Lewisville-Vienna Road, Lewisville. Marijuana seized pursuant to a traffic stop.

• Jan. 17 — suspicious person, 100 block of Sunny Acres Drive, Lewisville. Individuals claimed to work for a tree company.

• Jan. 17 — trespassing, 7800 block of Grapevine Road, Lewisville. Victim wanted visitors to leave the property.

• Jan. 17 — police service-information provided, 6400 block of La Grande Drive, Lewisville. Individual received a damaged W2 in the mail.

• Jan. 17 — drug violations, 600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Trevor Downs. Subject possessed remains of a burnt marijuana cigarette during a traffic stop.

• Jan. 19 — stolen auto from another jurisdiction, 6100 block of Hanes Way, Clemmons. Recovered stolen vehicle.

• Jan. 19 — autobreaking and larceny, 6100 Hanes Way, Clemmons. Suspect broke into an unlocked vehicle.

• Jan. 19  — automobile theft, 6100 block of Hanes Way, Clemmons. Person entered an unlocked 2007 Chrysler Sebring Limited and used the key that was left inside to steal the vehicle.

• Jan. 20 — larceny, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect refused to return debit card.

• Jan. 20 — autobreaking and larceny, 6300 block of Armsby Road, Clemmons. Suspect entered an unlocked vehicle and stole $5 in change.

• Jan. 20 — autobreaking and larceny, 6200 block of Hamptonburg Road, Clemmons. Suspect broke into unlocked cars.

• Jan. 20 — 1300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Caller advised of a fight in progress at a bar.
