Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Jan. 28 — overdose, 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Female was located unconscious in a hotel bathroom.

• Jan. 28 — drug violations, 62090 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Subject was found in possession of marijuana.

• Jan. 28 — drug violations, 100 block of Westbound 40/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Heroin and paraphernalia seized pursuant to a traffic stop. Cleared for arrest, Michael Wayne Tilley, Christopher Taylor Evans and Jerry Wayne Makas were charged with possession of heroin.

• Jan. 28 — overdose, 2100 block of Cherrywood Drive, Clemmons. Subject overdosed on medication.

• Jan. 28 — death investigation, 2000 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject was found deceased in the home.

• Jan. 28 — housebreaking with force, 6000 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Unklnown suspect/s forced entry and stole items valued at $1,520.

• Jan. 28 — found property, 200 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Caller advised that someone brought her found property.

• Jan. 29 — police service-information provided, 3700 block of Squirewood Drive, Clemmons. Subject reported that someone was using his name to get people to buy gift cards.

• Jan. 29 — drug violations, 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Student had vape device with THC in it.

• Jan. 29 — shoplifting/drug violations, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect took car batteries from Tractor Supply and also possessed cocaine and paraphernalia. Value of recovered batteries was $404.96.

• Jan. 30 — communicating threats-intimidation non physical, 6900 block of Hanesbrook Circle, Clemmons. Suspect threatened to assault victim.

• Jan. 30 — larceny from building, 6300 block of Allegacy Way, Clemmons. Suspect stole victim’s cellular phone at a restaurant.

• Jan. 30 — simple assault-non aggravated assault, 6000 block of Meadowbrook Mall Court, Clemmons. Patient attempted to hit nurse with a pill crusher.

• Jan. 30 — police service-assist agency, 6500 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Assisted the highway patrol with a vehicle collision.

• Jan. 31 — police service-assist agency, 7000 block of Orchard Path Drive, Clemmons. Spoke to subject in reference to threats made to the Department of Revenue.

• Jan. 31 — hit and run accident, 4100 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Damage of $1,000 to the vehicle.

• Jan. 31 — traffic accident, 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $2,000 and $1,200.

• Feb. 1 — trouble with neighbor, 5000 block of Thoroughbred Lane, Clemmons. Reporting party was having issues with the next-door neighbor.

• Feb. 1 — drug violations, 8000 block of Dull Road, Brook Acres Trail, Clemmons. Marijuana and paraphernalia were found during a vehicle search.

• Feb. 1 — locate wanted person, 100 block of Eastbound 40/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Located a wanted person.

• Feb. 2 — driving while license revoked/suspended, 3700 block of Squirewood Drive, Clemmons. Driver was arrested for driving with a revoked license.

• Feb. 2 — simple assault-non aggravated assault, 5700 block of Southwest Acres Drive, Clemmons. Victim advised that he was poked by the suspect.

• Feb. 2 — trouble with neighbor, 7000 block of Windrift Court, Clemmons. Neighbors had a dispute over the property line.

• Feb. 2 — police service-welfare check, 4600 block of River Gate Drive, Clemmons. Subject was sleeping in parking lot of neighborhood pool.

• Feb. 2 — drug violations/driving while impaired, 7600 block of Shallowford Road/Lissara Lodge Road, Lewisville. Subject was driving while impaired.

• Feb. 2 — police service-non criminal call for service, 100 block of Bradford Place/Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Caller advised that a woman was recording him.

• Feb. 2 — careless and reckless driving, 300 block of Lewisville-Vienna Road, Lewisville. Suspect was driving recklessly on the roadway.

• Feb. 3 — autobreaking and larceny, 6400 block of Gentry Circle, Clemmons. Unknown person/s opened a car door and took personal items valued at $2,350.

• Feb. 3 — paraphernalia/driving while impaired, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject was driving while impaired.

• Feb. 3 — involuntary commitment-non criminal detainment, 200 block of Northtrail Road, Clemmons. Offender wanted to harm himself.

• Feb. 3 — employee injury, 3600 block of Middlebrook Drive, Clemmons. Employee was injured due to use of force.

• Feb. 3 — trespassing, 4400 block of Clinard Road, Clemmons. Suspect refused to leave a medical facility after being told to do so.

• Feb. 3 — police service-attempted suicide, 3200 block of Waterford Glen Lane, Clemmons. Subject attempted suicide by taking a bottle of melatonin.

• Feb. 3 — larceny, 5000 block of Styers Ferry Road, Lewisville. Man took women’s jacket at a retail establishment. The jacket was valued at $200.
