Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Feb. 4 — police service-information provided, 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.  Student reported issues with a fake Instagram.

• Feb. 4 — house breaking with force, 3100 block of Middlebrook Drive, Clemmons. Suspect forced entry into residence and took items.

• Feb. 4 — suspicious person, 2600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject was acting suspicious.

• Feb. 4 — traffic accident, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $8,000 and $4,500.

• Feb. 4 — police service-information provided, 1200 block of Meadowgate Lane, Lewisville. Subject needed help locating his wife.

• Feb. 4 — paraphernalia/violation of auto law, 400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Marijuana paraphernalia seized pursuant to a traffic stop.

• Feb. 4 — drug violations, 400 block of Williams Road, Lewisville.  Marijuana and paraphernalia were seized pursuant to a traffic stop.

• Feb. 5 — police service-fraud, 1400 block of Glen Oaks Road, Clemmons. Reporting party stated that unknown subject/s hacked electronics.

• Feb. 5 — larceny from auto, 8200 block of Center Grove Church Road, Clemmons. License plate taken from vehicle.

• Feb. 5 — traffic accident, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $1,000 and $500.

• Feb. 5 — hit and run accident, 6000 block of Meadowbrook Mall Court, Clemmons. Damage of $1,200 to vehicle.

• Feb. 5 — automobile theft, 100 block of Bradford Place Lane, Lewisville. Vehicle was taken out of the driveway during the night and was recovered.

• Feb. 5 — automobile theft/autobreaking and larceny, 100 block of Bradford Place Lane, Lewisville. Individual stole a Chevrolet Camaro and broke into another.

• Feb. 5 — trouble with neighbor, 2100 block of Williams Road, Lewisville. Reporting party advised that property was being damaged by a neighbor.

• Feb. 5 — disturbance/non-criminal, 6700 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Male caused disturbance while filing taxes.

• Feb. 5 — autobreaking and larceny, 100 block of Bradford Place Lane, Lewisville. Unlocked vehicle was rummaged through.

• Feb. 5 — autobreaking and larceny, 100 block of Bradford Place Lane, Lewisville. Individual pried open a vehicle door with damage to the door of $300.

• Feb. 6 — vandalism, 2000 block of Chandler Place Court, Clemmons. Attendant cut the A/C lines and left the washer hookups running with damages of $6,500.

• Feb. 6 — counterfeiting, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect tried to pass a counterfeit bill at Lowes Foods.

• Feb. 6 — larceny from building, 1100 block of South Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Victim had wallet and pants stolen from unsecured locker in a locker room with a total stolen value of $180.

• Feb 6 — simple assault-non aggravated assault, 1900 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Victim claimed to be assaulted.

• Feb. 7 — autobreaking and larceny, 1400 block of South Peace Haven Road, Clemmons  An unknown suspect entered an unlocked vehicle.

• Feb. 7 — suspicious person, 3500 block of Burnley Drive, Clemmons. Suspicious person on Burnley Drive at 3 a.m.

• Feb. 7 — autobreaking and larceny, 7500 block of Lasater Road, Clemmons. Victim left car unlocked and someone entered it.

• Feb. 7 — locate wanted person, 6200 block of Jennings Road, Lewisville. Located wanted person on a warrant check.

• Feb. 8 — house breaking without force, 4200 block of Briar Creek Road, Clemmons. Subject returned home from work and found her room ransacked.

• Feb. 8 — traffic accident, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident in a parking lot with damages of $3,000 and $400.

• Feb. 8 — drug violations/transporting tax-paid liquor, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Roads. Narcotics and open container found inside vehicle.

• Feb. 8 — burglary-forced, 6300 block of Bingham Avenue, Clemmons. Suspect forced his way through the front door of a home and stole a pistol valued at $430. Damage to the door and frame was $900.

• Feb. 8 — suspicious person, 100 block of Willow Trace Circle, Clemmons. Unknown subject/s were ringing doorbells at an apartment complex.

• Feb. 9 — paraphernalia, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject possessed a hypodermic needle at a supermarket.

• Feb. 9 — suspicious person, 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Juveniles seen on the West Forsyth High School roof.

• Feb. 9 — driving while impaired, 6100 block of Ramada Drive/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject was driving while impaired.

• Feb. 9 — disturbance/non-criminal, 5800 block of Kinney Road, Lewisville. Reporting person advised that subject was at his home uninvited.

• Feb. 10 — trespassing/illegal dumping, 8900 block of Lasater Road, Clemmons. Subject reported using a dumpster without permission.

• Feb. 10 — use of force, 3700 block of Harper Road, Clemmons. Injured deer euthanized for humane reasons.

• Feb. 10 — harassing phone calls, 6000 block of Arden Drive, Clemmons. Suspect called victim several times and sent text messages.

• Feb. 10 — drug violations, 1100 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Fountain View Lane, Lewisville. Marijuana was seized subsequent to a license check.

• Feb. 10 — breaking and entering with force, 1300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Subject was found in the bathroom of J. Butlers Bar & Grill. Cleared for arrest, Gregory James York was charged with misdemeanor breaking and entering.
