Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Feb. 18 — welfare check, 7300 block of Bullard Road, Clemmons. Father wanted a welfare check on his daughter.

• Feb. 18 — traffic accident, 3700 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $3,000 and $2,000.

• Feb. 18 — welfare check, 4700 block of Cooper Road, Clemmons. Forsyth Medical Group requested a welfare check.

• Feb. 18 — death investigation, 3500 block of North Lakeshore Drive, Clemmons. Subject suffered a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

• Feb. 18 — disturbance/non-criminal, 6000 block of Holder Road, Clemmons. Verbal disturbance between subjects.

• Feb. 18 — assist agency, 6000 block of Meadowbrook Mall Court, Clemmons. Assisted Forsyth EMS in reference to an aggressive resident.

• Feb. 18 — house breaking without force, 800 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Suspect attempted to steal from a garage.

• Feb. 19 — simple assault-non aggravated assault, 2600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect assaulted victim at a restaurant.

• Feb. 19 — traffic accident, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $2,000 and $200.

• Feb. 19 — assist agency, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject claimed that his vehicle was stolen.

• Feb. 19 — vandalism, 100 block of Shady Brook Lane, Lewisville. Person reporting noticed damaged mailbox.

• Feb. 20 — trespassing, 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject trespassed on Walmart property.

• Feb. 21 — traffic accident, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $4,000 and $2,500.

• Feb. 21 — traffic accident, 6000 block of Meadowbrook Mall Court, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident in a parking lot with damages of $1,500 and $100.

• Feb. 22 — traffic accident, 3900 block of Harper Road/Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $10,000 and $3,000.

• Feb. 22 — suspicious person, 200 block of Blackbird Court, Lewisville. Suspicious person asked about purchasing a home that is not for sale.

• Feb. 22 — paraphernalia/possessing or concealing tax-paid liquor, 400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Underage male possessed alcohol and marijuana paraphernalia.

• Feb. 22 — communicating threats-intimidation non physical, 100 block of Brookway West Drive, Lewisville. Suspect threatened victim.

• Feb. 23 — traffic accident, 1900 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Deputy backed a fleet vehicle into a railroad tie, resulting in $100 damage to the bumper.

• Feb. 23 — violation of city/county ordinance-noise related, 4700 block of Country Boy Lane, Clemmons. Reporting person was upset with neighbor’s dog barking.

• Feb. 23 — police service-information provided, 100 block of Applewood Drive, Lewisville. Mail scattered in roadway from multiple homes.

• Feb. 23 — overdose, 8800 Behaven Court, Lewisville. Male subject overdosed on an unknown substance.

• Feb. 24 — found property, 6200 block of Brewer Avenue, Clemmons. Subject found needles outside her residence.

• Feb. 24 — shoplifting/counterfeit-buying/receiving, 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Suspects used counterfeit money to try and buy items and walked out with a beverage at Food Lion.
