Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Feb. 25 — traffic accident, 6200 block of Towncenter Drive/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $1,500 and $1,000.

• Feb. 25 — found property, 4900 block of Cooper Road/Frye Bridge Road, Clemmons. Subject found license plate on a roadside.

• Feb. 25 — hit-and-run accident, 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/River Center, Clemmons. Damage of $200 to the vehicle.

• Feb. 25 — drug violations, 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject possessed marijuana inside the vehicle.

• Feb. 25 — driving while impaired, 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Offender was driving while impaired. Cleared for arrest, Rakem Deshawn Chambers was charged with driving while impaired

• Feb. 25 — drug violations, 100 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Stadium Drive, Clemmons. Suspect possessed marijuana.

• Feb. 25 — death investigation, 700 block of Dalton Road, Lewisville. Subject was found deceased in residence.

• Feb. 26 — suspicious vehicle, 5000 block of Woodmont Ridge Court, Clemmons. Suspicious vehicle was backing out of a neighbor’s driveway.

• Feb. 26 — traffic accident, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. One-vehicle crash with damage of $5,000.

• Feb. 26 — fraud, 5500 Moravian Heights Lane, Clemmons. Wells Fargo faxed FCSO possible scam information.

• Feb. 26 — unauthorized use of conveyance, 3500 Middlebrook Drive, Clemmons. Reporting person advised that the vehicle has not been returned.

• Feb. 26 —  traffic accident, 1800 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $5,000 and $3,500.

• Feb. 26 — police service-assist agency, 100 block of Clemmons Road/Driftwood Drive, Clemmons. Assisted State Highway Patrol with a wreck involving a DWI.

• Feb. 26 — larceny, 6300 block of Clemmons Point Drive, Clemmons. Suspect stole victim’s money from an unlocked locker with a total stolen value of $400.

• Feb. 26 — suspicious person, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subjects located behind shopping center after hours.

• Feb. 27 — locate missing person, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Located missing person entered in the NCIC.

• Feb. 27 — police service-welfare check, 7000 block of Whitby Avenue, Clemmons. Elderly female with dementia called 911 and was confused.

• Feb. 27 — driving while impaired, 4300 block of Kinnamon Village Loop, Clemmons. Subject was driving while impaired.

• Feb. 27 — traffic accident, 2600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident in a parking lot with $1,500 damage to one vehicle.

• Feb. 27 — police service-assist agency, 1000 block of Sequoia Drive, Lewisville. Assisted the fire department with a fire investigation.

• Feb. 27 — police service-information provided, 7300 block of Ridgecrest Trail, Lewisville. Provide subject with civil information.

• Feb. 28 — traffic accident, 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $4,000 and $2,000.

• Feb. 28 — drug violations, 5000 block of Thoroughbred Lane, Clemmons. Smelled odor of marijuana coming from an apartment.

• Feb. 28 — autobreaking and larceny, 4000 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect broke window, entered vehicle and took $60 in cash.

• Feb. 28 — traffic accident, 100 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Eastbound 40, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $2,000 and $1,500.

• Feb. 28 — overdose, 200 block of Brookway West Drive, Lewisville. Subject overdosed on medication.

• Feb. 28 — police service-non criminal call for service, 5700 block of Kinney Road, Lewisville. Homeowner found unknown male in granddaughter’s room.

March 1 — traffic accident, 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Towncenter, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $7,500 and $6,000.

• March 2 — larceny, 3900 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Medication reported missing from the nurse cart at a medical facility.

• March 2 — aggravated assault, 2700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect pointed a pistol at the victim in the parking lot of a restaurant.

• March 2 — found property, 2700 block of Knob Hill Drive, Clemmons. Resident reported finding a glass pipe near a roadway.

• March 2 — breaking and entering without force, 100 block of Western Villa Drive, Clemmons. Suspect entered locked residence by unknown means but stole nothing.

• March 2 — trouble with neighbor, 7000 block of Woodside Forest Circle, Lewisville. Parties had a disagreement over parking on the street.

• March 2 — driving while impaired, 1100 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Offender was driving while impaired. Cleared for arrest, Mary Appleton Caldwell was charged with impaired driving DWI.

• March 3 — autobreaking and larceny, 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect/s broke window and stole a purse and items with a total stolen value of $18,800.

• March 3 — autobreaking and larceny, 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect/s broke window and stole a purse and items with a total stolen value of $320.

• March 3 — misdemeanor breaking and entering, 100 block of Belnette, Drive, Lewisville. Caller advised that someone had broken into his home.
