Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• March 11 — shoplifting, 100 block of Westwood Village Drive, Clemmons. Suspect unhooked security device and stole a chainsaw from Tractor Supply. The chainsaw had a stolen value of $449.

• March 11 — welfare check, 3900 block of Harper Road, Clemmons. Reporting party requested a welfare check of her son.

• March 11 — violation of city/county ordinance-animal related, 6800 block of August Drive, Clemmons. Subject wanted to report a neighbor’s dog being a nuisance.

• March 11 — 1900 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Assisted State Highway Patrol with a wreck involving a DWI.

• March 11 — drug violations, 100 block of Lewisville-Vienna Road/Great Wagon Road, Lewisville. Marijuana seized pursuant to a traffic stop.

• March 11 — suspicious person, 500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Suspicious person was asking for the reporting person’s roommate.

• March 12 — suspicious person, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject was acting strange in the restroom of a restaurant.

• March 12 — drug violations, 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Marijuana seized after a couple got into a verbal argument.

• March 13 — suspicious vehicle, 3200 block of Village Point Drive, Clemmons. Reporting party advised a male was sitting on school premises.

• March 13 — found property, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject found firearm at a rental property.

• March 13 — drug violations, 2000 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Morgan Place. Subject found in possession of marijuana during a traffic stop.

• March 13 — autobreaking and larceny, 1000 block of Sequoia Drive, Lewisville. Unknown suspect took items from an unlocked vehicle.

• March 13 — non criminal call for service, 600 block of Briare Creek Manor, Lewisville. Subject was discharging a BB pistol.

• March 14 — paraphernalia/concealing tax-paid liquor, 100 block of Westbound 40/Harper Road, Clemmons. Subject possessed an open container and paraphernalia.

• March 14 — larceny, 2600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Items were stolen from the front of a business.

• March 14 — threatening suicide, 8700 block of Lasater Road, Clemmons. Subject was threatening suicide.

• March 14 — hit and run accident, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Damage to hit vehicle was $2,500.

• March 14 — hit and run accident, 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Damage to hit vehicle was $2,000.

• March 14 — disturbance/non-criminal, 1700 block of Southwest School Road, Clemmons. Disturbance occurred due to misunderstanding.

• March 15 — traffic accident, 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Amp Drive, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $3,000 and $2,000.

• March 15 — suspicious person, 3600 Tanglewood Trail, Clemmons. Reporting person thought subject was taking pictures of her.

• March 16 — driving while impaired, 4400 block of Driftwood Drive, Clemmons. Offender drove while impaired.

• March 16 — larceny from building, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect stole several items from Lowes Food with a total stolen value of $340.

• March 16 — credit card/ATM fraud, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect used debit card without permission.

• March 16 — suspicious person, 100 block of Lissara Lodge Drive/Eden Grove Court, Lewsiville. Suspicious vehicle was driving through neighborhood.

• March 17 — police service-attempted suicide, 700 block of Mimosa Court, Lewisville. Caller advised that her husband attempted to hang himself.

• March 17 — driving while impaired, 1300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Subject arrested for DWI. Cleared for arrest, Eric Andrew Story was charged with Impaired driving DWI.

• March 17 — involuntary commitment-non criminal detainment, 6500 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Subject was taken to the hospital.
