Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• March 25 — store breaking with force, 8500 block of Lasater Road, Clemmons. Suspect forced a window open to gain entry to Mata Hindu Temple.

• March 25 — autobreaking and larceny, 100 block of Roquemore Road, Clemmons. Suspect stole tools from victim’s residence valued at $700.

• March 25 — fraud, 500 block of Burnley Drive, Clemmons. Reporting party advised that she noticed fraudulent charges on a credit card.  

• March 25 — police service, 5900 block of James Street, Clemmons. Citizen pill drop conducted at Clemmons Fire Department.

• March 25 — traffic accident, 1600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $5,000 and $4,000.

• March 25 — drug violations, 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Offender possessed marijuana and paraphernalia.

• March 25 — drug violations, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect possessed marijuana.

• March 26 — driving while impaired, 7900 block of Idols Road/Peggy Drive, Clemmons. Subject was driving while impaired.

• March 26 — assist agency, 6900 block of Village Medical Circle, Clemmons. Assisted Davidson County with a shooting.

• March 26 — police service-information provided, 6300 block of Amp Drive, Clemmons. Possible prostitution at the Quality Inn was reported.

• March 26 — involuntary commitment, 6900 block of Harper View Court, Clemmons. Offender told his mom that he wanted to kill himself.

• March 26 — hit and run accident, 1100 block of South Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Vehicle sustained $1,800 in damage.

• March 26 — police service-assist agency, 8800 block of Kings Tree Road, Lewisville. Unable to locate subject threatening suicide.

• March 27 — lost property, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject lost his wallet at a restaurant.

• March 27 — simple assault-non aggravated assault, 1800 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Victim was assaulted in a parking lot.

• March 27 — traffic accident, 3600 block of Clemmons Road/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $2,500 and $1,000.

• March 27 — 100 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Stadium Drive, Clemmons. Driver was driving while license revoked with an expired registration plate.

• March 28, vandalism, 6900 block of Morgan Place Drive, Clemmons. Unknown suspect vandalized the front door.

• March 28 — disturbance/non-criminal, 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Verbal disturbance about prescription medication.

• March 28 — autobreaking and larceny, 4100 block of Kinnamon Road, Clemmons. Suspect entered unlocked vehicle.

• March 28 — autobreaking and larceny, 4100 block of Kinnamon Road, Clemmons. Reporting party advised that her car was broken into last night. Value of stolen items was $121.

• March 28 — death investigation, 200 block of Shady Brook Lane, Lewisville. Sixty-six year-old white male was found cold and stiff by his wife.

• March 28 — police service-welfare check, 1600 block of Hauser Road, Lewisville. Welfare check after subject sent concerning text messages.

• March 29 — traffic accident, 2700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $6,500 and $5,500.

• March 29 — communicating threats-intimidation, non physical, 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject stated that her daughter’s girlfriend was making threats.

• March 29 — police service-non criminal call for service, 4200 block of Stoney Brook Road, Clemmons. Subject stated that he received a suspicious call.

• March 29, traffic accident, 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $1,200 and $800.

• March 29 — driving while impaired. 3400 block of Gentry Lane, Clemmons. Offender was driving while impaired.

• March 30 — autobreaking and larceny, 4000 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Victim stated that someone busted out her car window and took her purse.

• March 30 — shoplifting, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Offender concealed items in Lowes Foods.

• March 30 — drug violations, 6300 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Driver was in possession of illegal substance.

• March 30 — disturbance/non-criminal, 1400 block of Brookway West Drive, Lewisville. Subjects had a verbal argument in a parking lot.

• March 30 — assist agency, 500 block of Lewisville-Vienna Road, Lewisville. Assisted the State Highway Patrol with a DWI investigation.

• March 31 — autobreaking and larceny, 8200 block of Blackberry Lane, Clemmons. Unknown subject stole items out of vehicle with a total stolen value of $29,130.

• March 31 — suspicious vehicle, 900 block of Notchaway Street, Clemmons. Located a male in a neighborhood sleeping.

• March 31 — welfare check, 2100 block of Chandler Place Circle, Clemmons. Unable to locate person on a welfare check.

• March 31 — breaking and entering with force, 5700 block of Southwest Acres Drive, Clemmons. Front door forced open and a lock box with jewelry was stolen with a total stolen value of $275.

• March 31 — vandalism, 1400 Brookway West Drive, Lewisville. Unknown suspect/s opened a window by prying the screen open.

• March 31 — overdose, 7600 block of Grapevine Road, Lewisville. Juvenile female intentionally took more medication than prescribed.
