Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• April 1 — traffic accident, 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $5,500 and $1,800.

• April 1 — police service-information provided, 6300 block of Cephis Drive, Clemmons. Subject was posting negative comments on Facebook.

• April 1 — traffic accident, 2600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Three-vehicle accident with damages of $4,500, $3,000 and $2,500.

• April 1 — traffic accident, 4000 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $6,500 and $4,500.

• April 1 — drug violations, 1100 block of Lewisville-Vienna Road, Lewisville. Offenders were in possession of illegal substances at a license check.

• April 1, runaway, 5700 block of Kinney Road, Lewisville. Sixteen-year-old ran away from home.

• April 2 — communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical, 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect verbally threatened the victim.

• April 2 — traffic accident, 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $2,500 and $2,000.

• April 2 — welfare check, 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Elderly woman confused about how to get home.

• April 2 — police service-attempted suicide, 100 block of Newcomb Lane, Lewisville. Subject attempted suicide over mother’s death.

• April 3, traffic accident, 3100 block of Gammon Lane, Clemmons.  Two-vehicle accident in a parking lot with damages of $1,200 and $500.

• April 3 — traffic accident, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident in a parking lot with damages of $1,000 and $500.

• April 3 — locate wanted person, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Located a wanted subject and confined at FCDC.

• April 3 — traffic accident, 3600 block of Middlebrook Drive/Bridgewood Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $3,500 and $2,000.

• April 3 — police service-non criminal call for service, 800 block of River Gate Drive, Lewisville. Father upset about a phone call made to his daughter.

• April 4 — disturbance/non-criminal, 4300 block of Kinnamon Village Loop, Clemmons. Patron was upset about an arcade policy.

• April 4 — larceny, 100 block of Westwood Village Drive, Clemmons. Suspect found a wallet on the ground, took it and $240 in currency was stolen.

• April 4 — police service-non criminal call for service, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Reporting person wanted to document information.

• April 4 — vandalism — 100 block of River Oaks Court, Clemmons. Suspect flattened victim’s tire with damage of $250 to the tire.

• April 4 — Misdemeanor B & E, 3700 block of Harper Road, Clemmons. Victim found suspect sitting in crawlspace under residence.

• April 4 — Larceny 500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Suspect takes keys and credit cards from friend.

• April 4 — Disturbance 1400 block of Brookway West Drive, Lewisville. Caller advised she was worried about her neighbor.

• April 5 — Disturbance non criminal, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Employees having argument at work.

• April 5 — Police Service-welfare check, 1400 block of Lewisburg Pointe Drive, Clemmons. Concerned for welfare of child.

• April 5 — Drug violations paraphernalia — using 2200 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/ S. Peace. Subjects possessed marijuana.

• April 5 — Police service non-criminal call for service, 5900 block of King Charles Court, Clemmons. Water leaking into living room floor from neighboring residence.

• April 6 — Drug violations paraphernalia possessing/concealing equipment violation of auto law operation violation 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Subject found in possession of marijuana and methamphetamine.

• April 6 — Police service non-criminal call for service 7000 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Caller reported item being taken from house.

• April 6 — Communicating threats 1400 block of Brookway West Court, Lewisville. Neighbors felt harassed by each other.

• April 7 — Shoplifting 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject takes items without paying.

• April 7 — Trouble w/neighbor 6800 block of Idols Road, Clemmons. Neighbor wants Rp to stop cleaning rug over balcony.

• April 7 — Police service — information provided 100 block of Cramerton Court, Lewisville. Thirteen-year-old boy left alone at a friend’s house.
