Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• April 8 — driving while impaired, 6100 block of Meadowbrook Mall Court, Clemmons. Subject operated a motor vehicle while impaired. Cleared for arrest, Michael Wesley was charged with DWI.  

• April 8 — suspicious vehicle, 6700 block of Castleton Drive, Clemmons. Suspicious vehicle observed in the neighborhood.

• April 8 — traffic accident, 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $2,500 and $1,800.

• April 8 — vandalism, 7600 block of Sedgewick Ridge Road, Lewisville. Caller advised that his mailbox had been vandalized.

• April 8 — fraud, 1400 block of Nix Drive, Lewisville. Male’s phone number had been moved to another provider by an unknown individual.

• April 8 — fraud, 6500 block of Lagrande Place Drive, Lewisville. Caller wished to report a scam.

• April 8 — vandalism, 200 block of Northbound 421, Lewisville. Subject threw a bottle at a car.

• April 8 — fraud, 600 block of Cherry Tree Lane, Lewisville. Caller advised that they fell for a fraudulent action.

• April 9 — paraphernalia/trouble with juvenile, 6600 block of Holder Road, Clemmons. Students were skipping school and smoking marijuana. Cleared for arrest, Edwin Alexander Salmeron was charged with drug paraphernalia.

• April 9 — suspicious person, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect walked out of a store without paying for items.

• April 10 — locate wanted person, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Located a wanted person.

• April 10 — found property, 6500 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Tablet case with unknown owner was found on the edge of a flower bed.

• April 11 — drug violations/paraphernalia, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subjects possessed drugs and drug paraphernalia. Cleared for arrest, Bobbi Jean Johnson and Khiry Dominique Wharton were charged drug possession Schedule II.

• April 11 — careless and reckless driving, 2000 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Morgan Place. Suspect drove in a reckless manner.

• April 11 — fraud, 1400 block of Nix Drive, Lewisville. Subject was notified by different companies of fraud.

• April 12, non-criminal call for service, 3100 block of Gammon Lane, Clemmons. Scratches reported on the passenger side of a vehicle in a parking lot.

• April 12 — traffic accident, 100 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Peace Haven, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with no damage reported.

• April 12 — fraud, 1600 block of Chardale Drive, Clemmons. Subject was the victim of an out-of-state fraud.

• April 12 — assist agency, 100 block of Westbound 40/Harper Road, Clemmons. Safe keeping of property.

• April 13 — vandalism, 1100 block of Wellesley Place Drive, Lewisville. Juvenile damaged victim’s garage door on purpose.

• April 14 — robbery, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect armed with knife stole cash from the register at Speedway with a total stolen value of $81.

• April 14 — shoplifting, 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Suspects concealed items in a large purse at Dollar General.

• April 14 — non-criminal call for service, 7500 block of Rinehart Lane, Clemmons. Subject stated that an individual would not leave the premises.

• April 14 — drug violations, 5000 block of Thoroughbred Lane, Clemmons. Suspect had THC oil in his possession.

• April 14 — larceny from auto, 2600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect stole a license plate from a vehicle.
