Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• April 15 — found property, 6300 block of Stadium Drive, Clemmons. Located debit card inside automated kiosk.

• April 15 — driving while impaired, 6300 block of Jessie Lane/Towncenter Drive, Clemmons. Subject operated motor vehicle while impaired. Cleared for arrest, Danny Hugh Carter was charged with DWI.

• April 15 — driving while impaired, 2200 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject was driving while impaired.

• April 16 — suspicious vehicle, 4400 block of Silo Ridge Court, Clemmons. Subject called to report a suspicious vehicle.

• April 16 — traffic accident, 6300 block of Stadium Drive, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $3,500 and $18,000.

• April 16 — police service-information provided, 100 block of Salem Ridge Court, Clemmons. Reporting person reported issue with an ex-spouse.

• April 16 — disturbance/non-criminal, 1500 block of Lewisburg Point Drive, Clemmons. Subjects got into argument over vehicle repossession.

• April 17 — police service-civil dispute, 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Reporting person wanted wine bottles paid for.

• April 17 — trespassing, 2900 block of Harper Road/Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Unknown suspect rode a four wheeler across the victim’s property.

• April 17 — disturbance/non-criminal, 1400 block of River Ridge Road, Clemmons. Reporting person witnessed a disturbance.

• April 17 — unauthorized use of conveyance, 300 block of Belnette Drive, Lewisville. Caller advised that his niece had not returned with his truck.

• April 18 — police service-assist agency, 100 block of Westwood Village Drive, Clemmons. Subject found dog on the side of a roadway.

• April 18 — suspicious vehicle, 6200 block of Brewer Avenue, Clemmons. Subjects were reported to have VCSA.

• April 18 — simple assault-non-aggravated assault, 3800 block of Old Rosebud Court, Clemmons. Suspect pushed victim.

• April 18 — trouble with neighbor, 1400 block of Brookway West Drive, Lewisville. Caller was causing a disturbance throughout the apartment complex.

• April 19 — suspicious vehicle, 6700 block of Fairwood Court, Clemmons. Vehicle was parked on owner’s property.

• April 19 — driving while impaired, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject parked vehicle in opposite travel lane. Cleared for arrest, Arthur Lee Ayers was charged with DWI.

• April 19 — welfare check, 7200 block of Crenata Drive, Lewisville. Drunk husband found with a laceration to a finger.

• April 19 — violation of auto law-operations violation, 100 block of Sequoia Drive/Holly Hedge Drive, Lewisville. Subject was driving while license revoked.

• April 19 — drug violations, 100 block of Cedarbrook Court, Lewisville. Heroin was found inside vehicle during a welfare check.

• April 19 — communicating threats-intimidation, non physical, 100 block of Brookway West Drive, Lewisville. Argument over $200 between ex co-workers.

• April 20 — simple assault-non aggravated assault, 4400 block of Clinard Road, Clemmons. Dementia patient assaulted another dementia patient at a medical facility.

• April 20 — trespassing, 2100 block of Williams Road, Lewisville. Neighbors were driving on posted property.

• April 21 — found property, 2300 block of Lewisville Clemmons. Clerk located a bag of prescription medications.

• April 21 — trouble with neighbor, 2000 block of Megan Circle, Clemmons. Reporting person was upset with neighbor because of a dog not being on a leash.

• April 21 — drug violations, 4000 block of Clemmons Road/Harper Road, Clemmons. Traffic stop yielded drugs and drug paraphernalia.

• April 21 — violation of city/county ordinance-noise related, 100 block of Shallowford Village Court, Lewisville. Tenants upstairs were causing a noise disturbance.
