Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

April 22 — involuntary commitment-non-criminal detainment, 6300 block of Brewer Avenue, Clemmons. Involuntary commitment order due to subject not taking her medication.

April 22 — abandoned vehicle, 4600 block of River Gate Drive, Clemmons. Subject stated that he was confronted by kid’s parents over car.

April 22 — vandalism, 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Unknown subject wrote graffiti on a bathroom wall at West Forsyth High School.

April 23 — drug violations, 6300 block of Idols Road/Hampton Road, Clemmons. Marijuana and paraphernalia found during a vehicle search.

April 23 — hit-and-run accident, 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Damage of $800 to vehicle.

April 23 — fraud, 1600 block of Chardale Drive, Clemmons. Subject gave date of birth, name and social security number over the phone.

April 23 — police service, non-criminal call for service, 1600 block of Chardale Drive, Clemmons. Subject stated that there is suspicious activity on property.

April 23 — discharging firearm, 6400 block of Gentry Circle, Clemmons. Subject had an accidental firearm discharge in an apartment.

April 23 — simple assault-non aggravated assault, 4400 block of Clinard Road, Clemmons. Subject has a cognitive impairment and assaulted his caretaker.

April 23 — store breaking with force, 100 block of Prestwould Drive, Lewisville. Unknown suspect broke into a pool clubhouse.

April 23 — Communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical, 1000 block of Sequoia Drive, Lewisville. Suspect threatened to beat victim up.

April 24 — larceny from auto, 6300 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Unknown suspect took vehicle batteries.

April 24 — store breaking with force, 4500 block of Hampton Road, Clemmons. Atlantis Foods was broken into.

April 24 — suspicious vehicle, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Located a suspicious vehicle in a parking lot.

April 24 — found property, 100 block of Westwood Village Drive, Clemmons. Medicine bottle located in bushes.

April 24 — traffic accident, 1600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Three-vehicle accident with damages of $2,000, $3,500 and $100.

April 24 — damage to county property, 100 block of Dull Road/Styers Ferry Road, Clemmons. Oilpan under patrol car knocked loose.

April 24 — traffic accident, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $1,000 and $1,200.

April 24 — traffic accident, 3700 block of Verbena Way, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $2,500 and $1,500.

April 24 — traffic accident, 100 block of South Peace Haven Road,, Clemmons. One-vehicle accident with damage of $3,500.

April 25 — vandalism, 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect/s vandalized multiple bathrooms on West Forsyth campus with gang graffiti.

April 25 — harassing phone calls, 6000 block of Meadowbrook Mall Court, Clemmons. Administrator reports multiple phone calls at The Crest of Clemmons.

April 25 — traffic accident, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $4,500 and $6,500.

April 25 — found property, 4900 block of Styers Ferry Road, Lewisville. Subject found old ammunition while cleaning out a deceased relative’s home.

April 26 — disturbance, 6900 block of Village Medical Circle, Clemmons. Patient causing disturbance at hospital.

April 26 — robbery, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect with implied weapon passed note to teller demanding money.

April 26 — trespassing, 6700 block of Greenbrook Drive, Clemmons. Neighbor advised neighbor was trespassing on his property.

April 26 — police service call for service, 8700 block of Center Grove Church Road, Clemmons. Subject stated that elderly woman came onto his property

April 27 — larceny 4300 block of Kinnamon Village Loop, Clemmons. Suspect cut padlock and stole trailer from victim’s vehicle.

April 27 — police service call for service, 8100 block of Glengarriff Road, Clemmons. Garage doors were open and vehicles found to be unsecure at night.

April 28 — suspicious person, 8100 block of Glengarriff Road, Clemmons. Unknown subject ringing caller’s doorbell at night.

April 28 — fighting, 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Offenders were fighting in public.

April 28 — possession/concealing weapons, drug violations, paraphernalia-possessing/concealing equipment, 1100 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville.
