Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• April 29 — Traffic accident, 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.

• April 29 — House breaking without force, 2100 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspicious vehicle parked at reporting party’s father’s house.

• April 29 — Traffic accident, 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.

• April 29 — Suspicious vehicle, 5000 block of Woodmont Ridge Court, Clemmons. Suspicious vehicle seen driving in neighborhood.

• April 29 — Traffic accident, 1700 block of Southwest School Road, Clemmons.

• April 29 — Shoplifting, 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Subject  stole plants from outside of grocery store.

• April 29 — Traffic accident, 100 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road.

• April 30 — Shoplifting, 2500 block of Lewisville Clemmons Road. Subject take plants from store.

• April 30 — Drug violations, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road. Marijuana was located in bank deposit slip.

• April 30 — Police service-non criminal call for service, 8400 block of Lasater Road, Clemmons. Subject wanted to dispose of old ammunition.

• April 30 — Larceny from building, 6300 block of Amp Drive, Clemmons. Employer takes employee’s laptop from office.

• April 30 — Traffic accident, 3100 block of Gammon Lane, Clemmons.

• April 30 — Simple assault-non aggravated assault, 1200 block of Reynolds Road/Styers Ferry Road, Lewisville. Victim stated he was head-butted by suspect.

• May 1 — Traffic accident, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road.

• May 1 — Found property, 6600 block of Village Point Lake Drive, Clemmons. Subject located a lunch box on the side of the road.

• May 1 — Trespassing, 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Suspect remained on property after being told to leave.

• May 1 — Drug violations, 100 block of Westbound 40/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect possessed marijuana.

• May 1 — Larceny, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Three suspects concealed health/beauty products on person and in purses.

• May 2 — Police service-non criminal call for service, 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject located in the parking lot and was confused about the time of day.

• May 2 — Traffic accident, 1100 block of S. Peace Haven Road, Clemmons.

• May 3 — Violation of auto law-operation violation, 4200 block of Gardenspring Drive, Clemmons. Subject in a company truck speeding in neighborhood.

• May 3 — Trespassing, 1100 block of Peace Haven Rd., Clemmons. Suspect came back to property after being escorted off property.

• May 3 — Missing person, 8300 block of Cheval Street, Clemmons. Subject walked away from home.

• May 3 — Larceny from building, 1100 block of S. Peace Haven Rd., Clemmons. Suspect took pager.

• May 3 — Drug violation, 300 block of Craver Pointe Drive, Clemmons. Suspect possessed unprescripted Xanax.

• May 3 — Paraphernalia, using/equipment, violation of auto law-equipment violation, 100 block of Southbound  421/Lewisville-Clemmons, Road, Clemmons. Drug paraphernalia seized pursuant to traffic stop.

• May 3 — Police service-welfare check, 4100 block of Winding Oaks Trail, Lewisville. Hospital asked to do a welfare check on individual.

• May 3 — Communicating threats-intimidation, non-physical, 100 block of Southbound 421/Shallowford Road, Southbound 421.

• May 3 — Resisting arrest, suspicious vehicle, 5500 block of Shallowford, Lewisville  Subject refuses to cooperate during investigation.

• May 4 — Possession/concealing weapons, drug violations, paraphernalia-possessing/concealing equipment, 400 block of Williams Road, Lewisville. Subject found in possession of methamphetamine and concealed weapon.   

• May 4 — Drug violations, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Offender in possession of methamphetamine and paraphernalia

• May 4 — Trouble with neighbor, 5500 block of Moravian Heights Lane, Clemmons. Neighbor’s fence has crossed over property line.

• May 4 — Autobreaking and larceny, 3900 block of Bingham Circle, Clemmons. Unknown suspect entered vehicle and stole items.

• May 4 — Drug violations, violations of auto law-equipment violation, 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/August Drive. Marijuana seized pursuant to traffic stop.

• May 4 — Suspicious person, 3900 block of Bingham Circle, Clemmons. Caller reports someone trying to open his front door.

• May 5 — Police service-attempt suicide, 4900 block of Salem Glen Boulevard, Clemmons. Subject attempted suicide.

• May 5 — Autobreaking and larceny, 6900 block of Morgan Place Drive, Clemmons. Unknown suspect(s) steal items from unlocked vehicle.

• May 5 — Receiving stolen auto from another jurisdiction, 1500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons Courier.

• May 5 — Harassment, 100 block of Willow Trace Cr., Clemmons. Reporting person is being harassed by her neighbor

• May 5 — Automobile theft, 4000 block of Whirloaway Court, Clemmons. Suspect stole victim’s car.

• May 5 — Threatening suicide, 4400 block of Asbury Place Drive, Clemmons. Juvenile threatens suicide.

• May 5 — Runaway, 5300 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Juvenile ran away from home.

• May 5 — Simple assault-non aggravated assault, 5300 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Suspect assaulted victim by punching him.
