Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• May 20 — drug violations, 100 block of Westbound I-40/Harper Road, Clemmons. Marijuana was located at traffic stop. Cleared for arrest, Cristin Cameron Evans was charged with felony possession of marijuana.

• May 20 — traffic accident, 3800 block of Harper Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $500 and $200.

• May 20 — driving while impaired, 3800 block of Harper Road, Clemmons.  Subject operated vehicle while impaired and possessed an open liquor bottle.

• May 20 — larceny, 4800 block of Barjmuth Trail, Clemmons. Subject jumped fence and stole a flag off a tree. Cleared for arrest, Trevor Scott Long was charged with misdemeanor larceny.

• May 21 — traffic accident, 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $1,000 to each vehicle.

• May 21 — overdose, 1400 block of Ferguson Road, Clemmons. Subject overdosed on heroin.

• May 22 — traffic accident, 3700 block of Harper Road/Westbound I-40 Harper Road Ramp, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $2,000 and $1,500.

• May 22 — non-criminal call for service, 1100 block of South Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Subject/s accused of taking pictures of a child.

• May 23 — harassing phone calls, 4400 block of Clinard Road, Clemmons. Victim was receiving harassing text messages and phone calls.

• May 23, traffic accident, 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $1,200 to each vehicle

• May 23 — disturbance/non-criminal, 6000 block of Meadowbrook Mall Court, Clemmons. Assisted living residents were drinking alcohol.

• May 23 — trouble with juvenile, 6300 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Two juveniles located that snuck out of their house.

• May 23 — Driving while license revoked/suspended, 9300 block of Shallowford Road/Williams Road, Lewisville.  Subject drove while license revoked.

• May 24 — police service-assist agency, 23009 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Conducted a traffic stop on an impaired driver.

• May 24, simple assault-non aggravated assault, 100 Brookway West Drive, Lewisville. Suspect pushed victim’s face with finger.

• May 25 — drug violations, 6300 block of Idols Road, Clemmons. Marijuana and marijuana paraphernalia found during a vehicle search.

• May 25 — police service-welfare check, 800 block of Newsington Drive, Clemmons. Reporting person wanted her daughter checked on.

• May 25, store breaking with force, 9100 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Subject stated that his office was broken into and money was stolen with a total stolen value of $3,000.

• May 25 — police service-welfare check, 6300 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Manager trespassed male from property.

• May 26 — police service-non criminal call for service, 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Hotel staff wanted law enforcement to ask a guest to leave.

• May 26 — counterfeiting-buying/receiving, 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Employees found counterfeit bill in bank bag at Walmart Neighborhood Market.

• May 26 — communicating threats-intimidation, non-physical, 6200 block of Styers Ferry Road, Clemmons. Caller advised that his ex-employer communicated threats towards him.

• May 26 — found property, 1000 block of Arbor Run Drive/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Reporting person located a wallet in the middle of the road.
