Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.
• May 27 — police service-attempt to locate, 5300 block of Nestleway Drive, Clemmons. Subject stated that she had not heard from her husband.
• May 27 — credit card/ATM fraud, 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Victim’s stolen credit card was used to purchase items.
• May 27 — aggravated assault, 6800 block of Idols Road, Clemmons. Female claimed that a neighbor attempted an assault with an unknown item.
• May 27 — larceny, 1000 block of Reynolds Road, Lewisville. Victim was concerned that a delivered package was stolen.
• May 27 — store breaking with force, 1300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two individuals broke into Smithermans’s Hardware and stole chainsaws with a total stolen value of $4,972.
• May 27 — police service-welfare check, 900 block of Lewisville-Vienna Road, Lewisville. Missing child was located in the garage beside the house.
• May 27 — police service-information provided, 1000 block of Dinkins Road, Lewisville. Reporting person want to report possible drug activity.
• May 28 — traffic accident, 6100 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $3,000 and $1,000.
• May 28 — police service-fraud, 6100 block of Barrington Oaks Drive, Clemmons. Subject called to report a possible scam.
• May 28 — traffic accident, 4200 block of Kinnamon Road/Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $3,500 and $3,000.
• May 28 — overdose, 100 block of Brightstar Lane, Lewisville. Subject believed she overdosed.
• May 29 — lost/stolen license plate, 6200 block of Brewer Avenue, Clemmons. Reporting person had lost his tag.
• May 29 — fighting/affray, 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two students were fighting at school while on campus.
• May 29 — animal offenses/cruelty, 4000 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Offender left dog in vehicle.
• May 29 — trespassing, 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Offender was trespassing at the Walmart Neighborhood Market.
• May 29 — police service-assist agency, 7900 block of Dull Road, Clemmons. Involved other was arrested for DWI by DWI Task Force.
• May 29 — shoplifting, 2600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect concealed items in a shopping bag at Goodwill.
• May 30 — larceny, 8100 block of Glengarriff Road, Clemmons. Subject stole push mower out of victim’s backyard.
• May 30 — vandalism, 7500 block of Riverside Court, Clemmons. Unknown suspect keyed victim’s car with damage of $600.
• May 30 — police service-non criminal call for service, 5900 block of Holder Road, Clemmons. Reporting person heard someone knocking on her front door.
• May 30 — traffic accident, 1900 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $8,000 and $2,500.
• May 30 — traffic accident, 6100 block of Stadium Drive/Brewer Avenue, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $8,000 and $5,500.
• May 30 — driving while impaired, 5600 block of Styers Ferry Road, Clemmons. Offender was pulled for suspected DWI and a burned-out brake light.
• May 30 — trespassing, 300 block of Saddlebrook Circle, Lewisville. Suspects jumped a fence to get into a pool after hours.
• May 30 — Unauthorized use of conveyance, 1100 block of Reynolds Road, Lewisville. Victims reported that her sister’s boyfriend took her car.
• May 30 — police service-assist agency, 200 block of Southbound 421, Lewisville. Assisted the State Highway Patrol with a wreck and DUI.
• May 31 — hit-and-run accident, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Damage to vehicle of $1,500.
• May 31 — trespassing, 3500 block of Brookland Drive, Clemmons. Juvenile trespassed from victim’s home.
• May 31 — Traffic accident, 2400 block of Market Center Drive, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with $1,800 damage to one vehicle.
• May 31 — traffic accident, 1800 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $8,500 and $5,500.
• May 31 — police service-welfare check, 100 block of Lowes Foods Drive, Lewisville. Female felt like people have hacked her vehicle.
• May 31 — police service-damage to county property, 400 block of Williams Road, Lewisville. Headlight was busted on a patrol vehicle.
• May 31 — police service-open door, 900 block of Wood Thrush Way, Lewisville. Front door left ajar.
• May 31 — driving while impaired, 400 block of Williams Road, Lewisville. Subject was operating a vehicle while impaired. Cleared for arrest, Philip Lee Blackstock was charged with impaired driving DWI.
• June 1 — trouble with neighbor, 4900 block of Country Ridge Road/Country Boy Lane, Clemmons. Subject yelled at his neighbor while walking their dogs.
• June 2 — lost property, 2600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject lost phone at a restaurant.
• June 2 — overdose, 6800 block of Idols Road, Clemmons. Subject took too many prescription pills.
• June 2 — drug violations, 1800 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Marijuana was seized pursuant to a traffic stop.
