Moore named to Union University dean’s list
JACKSON, TENN. — Jonah Moore, of Lewisville, has been named to the Union University dean’s list for the spring 2019 semester. The dean’s list includes full-time students who achieve a 3.5 grade-point average on a four-point scale.
Chamberlain named to dean’s list at Bates College
LEWISTON, MAINE — Zoe Chamberlain, of Clemmons, was named to the dean’s list at Bates College for the winter semester ending in April 2019. This is a distinction earned by students whose cumulative grade-point average is 3.77 or higher.
Chamberlain, the daughter of Monica Chamberlain of Clemmons and David G. Chamberlain of Lewisville, is a 2016 graduate of Forsyth Country Day School. She is a junior majoring in psychology and French and Francophone studies and minoring in education at Bates.
Merino named to dean’s list at William & Mary
WILLIAMSBURG, Virginia — Mariano Leyva Merino, of Lewisville, was recently named to the dean’s list at the College of William & Mary for the spring 2019 semester.
In order to achieve dean’s list status, a full-time degree seeking undergraduate student must take at least 12 credit hours and earn a 3.6 grade point average during the semester.
Wilburn of Clemmons graduates from Harding University
SEARCY, ARKANSAS — Ross Wilburn, of Clemmons, is one of more than 800 graduates who received a diploma at Harding University’s commencement exercises May 11.
Wilburn received a bachelor of business administration in accounting and finance.
