Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.
• June 3 — hit and run accident, 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $2,000 and $1,500.
• June 3 — attempted suicide, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Person cut his wrists with a razor blade.
• June 3 — harassing phone calls, 3100 block of Gammon Lane, Clemmons. Unknown suspect said he would burn the building at Moe’s Southwest Grill.
• June 3 — disorderly conduct, 3100 block of Gammon Lane, Clemmons Suspect began yelling and cussing in a restaurant.
• June 3 — traffic accident, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $1,800 and $800.
• June 3 — larceny from building/drug violations, 1600 block of South Marblehead Road, Lewisville. A sweatshirt was stolen from inside their home which is an Air BnB.
• June 4 — traffic accident, 5700 block of Southwest Acres Drive, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $2,000 and $1,000.
• June 4 — larceny, 6200 block of Towncenter Drive, Clemmons. Suspect stole a set of keys at Mossys.
• June 4 — simple assault-non aggravated assault, 1400 River Ridge, Clemmons. Suspect grabbed the victim’s arms.
• June 4 — trespassing, 4300 block of Kinnamon Village Loop, Clemmons. Suspect remained at Food Lion after being told to leave by an authorized employee.
• June 4 — traffic accident, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $1,000 and $800.
• June 4 — traffic accident, 6900 block of Village Medical Center, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $4,000 and $2,500.
• June 4 — trespassing, 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Homeless subject was asked to leave the Walmart Neighborhood Market
• June 4 — police service-assist agency, 1600 block of Lindy Park Road, Clemmons. Assisted EMS with transport.
• June 4 — traffic accident, 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $2,500 and $1,200.
• June 4 — police service-assist agency, 5000 block of Styers Ferry Road, Lewisville. Subject fell asleep in his car under the influence.
• June 5 — traffic accident, 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $2,000 and $1,500.
• June 5 — resisting arrest, 4300 block of Kinnamon Village Loop, Clemmons. Subject gave a false name to avoid being served on pending warrants.
• June 5 — urinating in public, 2200 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject was urinating in a bank parking lot.
• June 5 — shoplifting/resisting arrest, 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect stole items valued at $7.56 from CVS.
• June 5 — police service-information provided, 400 block of Roller Mill Drive, Lewisville. Subject felt like father was being harassed.
• June 6 — trouble with neighbor, 1000 block of Sequoia Drive, Lewisville. Neighbors were arguing about grass clippings.
• June 6 — house breaking without force, 800 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Unknown suspect attempted to enter residence.
• June 7 — vandalism, 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Unknown suspect keyed victim’s card door resulting in damage of $300.
• June 7 — trouble with neighbor, 4900 block of Country Ridge Road, Clemmons. Neighbor was shining flashlight at reporting person’s house.
• June 7 — fleet vehicle accident, 6300 block of Allegacy Way, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $200 to one vehicle and $50 to the Forsyth County fleet vehicle.
• June 7 — larceny from auto, 4100 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Unknown suspect cut cable lock and stole outdoor power equipment.
• June 7 — welfare check, 3900 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Daughter was unable to reach mother in assisted living via the telephone.
• June 7 — vehicle chase/violation of auto law, 2900 block of Middlebrook Drive, Clemmons. Vehicle failed to stop.
• June 7 — traffic accident, 2900 block of Middlebrook Drive, Clemmons. One-vehicle accident with damage of $12,000.
• June 7 — communicating threats-intimidation, non physical, 1000 block of Williams Road, Lewisville. Victim received threatening messages over Instagram.
• June 7 — involuntary commitment-non criminal detainment, 200 block of Brookway West Drive, Lewisville. Subject taken into custody in reference to IVC.
• June 8 — drug violations, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Stadium Drive, Clemmons. Suspect had marijuana in vehicle.
• June 9 — shoplifting, 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect walked out of the Walmart Neighborhood Store without paying.
• June 9 — welfare check, 6500 block of Gentry Circle, Clemmons. Reporting person had not seen friends in two days.
• June 9 — shoplifting, 4100 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect put items in a shopping cart and left Harris Teeter without paying. Total stolen value was $272.
• June 9 — lost property, 3500 block of Middlebrook Drive, Clemmons. Subject left keys in her door and couldn’t find them.
• June 9 — suspicious vehicle, 4000 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspicious van was parked in parking lot.
• June 9 — police service-information provided, 2100 block of Chandler Place Circle, Clemmons. Information provided in reference to a possible stolen vehicle in the area.
• June 9 — security check, 100 block of Westwood Village Drive, Clemmons. Resident heard subjects in fenced area behind a nearby business.
• June 9 — disturbance/non-criminal, 700 block of Brookway West Drive, Lewisville. Officer was called to a possible disturbance.
