WINSTON-SALEM — Novant Health is pleased to announce the opening of Novant Health Shallowford Family Medicine in Lewisville.

The clinic, located at 165 Lowes Foods Drive in Lewisville near the Lowes Foods grocery store, features Dr. Jennifer League-Sobon, a family medicine physician, along with family nurse practitioner Vanessa Bostwick.

League-Sobon has been practicing in the Triad area for nearly 20 years and earned her bachelor’s degree at Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem before going on to complete medical school at the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida. After medical school, she returned to Winston-Salem to complete her medical residency at Wake Forest University.

Bostwick completed her undergraduate nursing studies at Winston-Salem State University and her master of science degree in nursing at Frontier Nursing University in Hyden, Kentucky. Before becoming a nurse practitioner, she worked as a registered nurse at Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center and Novant Health Clemmons Medical Center.
