Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• June 10 — suspicious person, 1800 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Teen was walking down the road at 1 a.m.

• June 10 — traffic accident, 6200 block of Bingham Avenue, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with $1,000 damage to both vehicles.

• June 10 — larceny from building, 6300 block of Amp Drive, Clemmons.  Suspect took medication from a locked bookbag.

• June 10 — house breaking with force, 7700 block of Fair Oaks Drive, Clemmons. Suspect forced entry and stole items from inside a residence.

• June 10 — shoplifting, 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect stole items from Walmart valued at $119.57.

• June 11 — traffic accident, 1600 block of Havenbrook Court, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $3,500 and $1,000.

• June 11 — suicide, 300 block of Heatherford Drive, Lewisville. Individual appeared to have committed suicide.

• June 12 — drug violations, 2400 block of Market Center Drive, Clemmons. Traffic stop yielded a drug violation.

• June 12 — unauthorized use of conveyance, 6100 block of Frye Bridge Road, Clemmons. Suspect wouldn’t return vehicle back to the owner.

• June 12, welfare check, 3300 block of Cook Place Drive, Clemmons. Mother believed daughter intended to harm herself after text messages.

• June 12 — simple assault-non aggravated assault, 700 block of Brookway West Drive, Lewisville. Argument resulted in a suspect assaulting a victim.

• June 12 — police service-non criminal call for service, 2200 block of Ashley Lake Drive, Lewisville. Caller reported juveniles fishing behind her house.

• June 12 — police service-welfare check, 1800 block of Ellison Creek Road, Lewisville. Caller advised deputy of possible child abuse.

• June 13 — welfare check, 3300 block of Cook Place Drive, Clemmons. Reporting person stated subject was making threats to harm herself.

• June 13 — police service-non criminal call for service, 100 block of South Peace Haven Drive, Clemmons. Driver reported windshield was damaged while in a parking lot.

• June 13 — police service-welfare check, 3500 block of Brookland Drive, Clemmons. Biological mother concerned about the welfare of an adult son in North Carolina.

• June 14 — traffic accident, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $3,000 and $500.

• June 14 — Traffic accident, 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damage of $1,800 to one vehicle.

• June 14 — traffic accident, 6400 block of Bluestone Park Drive, Clemmons.  Two-vehicle accident with damage of $2,500 to one vehicle.

• June 14 — possession of paraphernalia/driving while license revoked/suspended, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject was found in possession of marijuana paraphernalia.

• June 15 — vandalism, 8000 block of Glengarriff Road, Clemmons. Window was damaged by a pellet gun.

• June 15 — disturbance/non-criminal, 1600 block of Hauser Road, Lewisville. Subjects were playing music too loud next door.

• June 15 — autobreaking and larceny, 600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Unknown suspect broke into vehicle and stole items valued at $221.

• June 16, fraud, 6300 block of Amp Drive, Clemmons. Suspect failed to pay hotel fees at the Quality Inn.

• June 16 — suspicious person, 3900 block of Bingham Circle, Clemmons. Subject believed that individuals were breaking into a vehicle.

• June 16 — suspicious person, 4300 block of Kinnamon Village Loop, Clemmons. Employee stated that suspect concealed items under their clothing at Food Lion.

• June 16 — involuntary commitment-non criminal detainment, 1000 block of Sequoia Drive, Lewisville. Individual wanted to kill herself.

• June 16 — attempted suicide, 100 block of Brightstar Lane, Lewisville. Wife attempted suicide by overdose.
