FUQUAY-VARINA — Fidelity Bank is pleased to announce Anabel Romero has joined its team in Clemmons, as assistant vice president and branch manager. In her new position, Romero is responsible for business development, overseeing branch operations and for providing outstanding customer service to bank customers of the Fidelity Bank branch located at 2561 Lewisville-Clemmons Road.

Romero has 13 years of financial experience in the Triad region. Prior to joining Fidelity Bank, she worked for BB&T as a market leader. She also held positions as a business partner relations consultant at Truliant Federal Credit Union and a mortgage loan officer at Premier Mortgage Funding, Inc. In addition to her financial background, Romero is active in the community and is involved as a member of the Mocksville Chamber of Commerce.

Romero graduated from Winston-Salem State University with a bachelor of science degree in business administration, and minors in finance and Spanish. She currently resides in Davie County with her husband, along with with her two sons, Josh and Hector Solis.
