Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• June 17 — autobreaking and larceny, 8900 block of Center Grove Church Road, Clemmons. Unknown suspect broke into victim’s vehicle.

• June 17 — autobreaking and larceny, 8900 block of Center Grove Church Road, Clemmons. Unknown suspect went through a truck and a car with a total stolen value of $438.99.

• June 17 — communicating threats-intimidation, non physical, 6200 block of Styers Ferry Road, Clemmons. Victim claimed that a suspect is communicating threats.

• June 17 — welfare check, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Female was sleeping in a vehicle with children.

• June 17 — fraud, 7500 block of Rinehart Lane, Clemmons. Subject reported being the victim of a phone scam.

• June 17 — traffic accident, 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with $8,500 damage to both vehicles.

• June 17 — police service-information provided, 2700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant.

• June 17 — police service-non criminal call for service, 100 block of Sunny Acres Drive, Lewisville. Caller wished to report a friend’s deceptive behavior.

• June 18 — driving while impaired, 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject was driving while impaired. Cleared for arrest, Adam Gray Luffman was charged with impaired driving DWI.

• June 18 — traffic accident, 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $1,000 and $800.

• June 18 — found property, 4000 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Citizen found a pocketbook on a walking trail.

• June 18 — overdose, 4000 block of Whirlaway Court, Clemmons. Subject overdosed on unknown pills.  

• June 18 — breaking and entering without force/simple assault-non aggravated assault, 2300 block of Springvalley Drive, Clemmons. Subject entered residence and assaulted the victim.

• June 18 — larceny, 900 block of Glen Day Drive/Golden Bear Lane, Clemmons. Unknown suspect/s stole street signs from Salem Glen Country Club.

• June 18 — fraud, 7700 block of Grapevine Road, Lewisville. Reporting person received a message about an unauthorized purchase on a credit card.

• June 18 — police service-information provided, 1600 block of Hauser Road, Lewisville. Daughter was concerned about her mother picking up a prescription from CVS.

• June 19 — trespassing, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect returned to Dollar Tree after being banned.

• June 19 — traffic accident, 6100 block of Stadium Drive, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $3,000 and $1,000.

• June 19 — police service-non criminal call for service, 100 block of Western Villa Drive/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.  Two bikes left in the parking lot.

• June 19 — fraud, 6800 block of Greenbrook Drive, Clemmons. Subject found duplicate real estate listing of residence on Craigslist.

• June 19 — drug violations, 100 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/La Grande Drive, Lewisville. Subject was found in possession of marijuana during a traffic stop.

• June 20 — shoplifting, 1400 block of River Ridge Road, Clemmons. Female suspect stole items from Dollar General valued at $42.20.

• June 20 — autobreaking and larceny, 6900 block of Hanesbrook Circle, Clemmons. Unknown suspect broke a vehicle window.

• June 20 — shoplifting, 6300 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Unknown suspect stole cigarettes from Four Brothers Amoco.

• June 20 — illegal dumping, 600 block of Misty Creek Road, Lewisville. Subject called to report illegal dumping.

• June 20 — police service-assist agency, 200 block of Southbound 421, Lewisville. Individual arrested for DWI.

• June 20 — suspicious person, 900 block of Dawnlea Drive, Lewisville. Several juveniles were sitting on the back porch of a vacant house.

• June 20 — Violation of auto law/driving while license revoked/suspended, 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.  Offender ran a stop sign and failed to heed lights and siren.

• June 21 — vandalism, 4000 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject stated that his car had been “beaten to death.”

• June 22 — suspicious vehicle, 6300 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Vehicle with no registration plate had been circulating the area.

• June 22 — communicating threats-intimidation, non physical, 6000 block of Holder Road, Clemmons. Victim advised that her friend had threatened her.

• June 22 — careless and reckless driving, 1500 block of King Richard Drive/Marty Lane, Clemmons. Subject advised that someone had tried to run her off the road.

• June 22 — unauthorized use of conveyance, 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect borrowed work truck and didn’t return it.

• June 22 — shoplifting, 100 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Suspect took items and left the E Stop store.

• June 23 — drug violations/resisting arrest, 6100 block of Haywood Street/Arden Street, Clemmons. Suspect possessed cocaine.

• June 23 — overdose, 6000 block of Holder Road, Clemmons. Mother found son dead.

• June 23 — overdose, 5200 block of Hidden Stream Drive, Lewisville. Parents located subject unconscious on the floor in the basement.
