TUSCALOOSA, AL — Caroline Corley Waters of Advance has received a bachelor of science degree in commerce and business administration from the University of Alabama. UA awarded 5,716 degrees during spring commencement on May 3-5.

Local students named to dean’s, president’s lists at University of Alabama

TUSCALOOSA, AL — The following local students have been named to the dean’s and president’s lists at the University of Alabama for the spring semester. The dean’s list require an academic record of 3.5 or above and the president’s list with an academic record of 4.0 (all A’s). The UA Dean’s and President’s lists recognize full-time undergraduate students. The lists do not apply to graduate students or to undergraduate students who take less than a full course load.
