Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• June 24 — locate missing person, 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Subject entered NCIC as wanted.

• June 24 — traffic accident, 6300 block of Brewer Avenue/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $3,500 and $1,200.

• June 24 — driving while license revoked, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect operated a vehicle while license revoked.

• June 24 — abandoned vehicle, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Vehicle abandoned in a parking lot.

• June 24 — simple assault-non aggravated assault, 6000 block of Meadowbrook Mall Court, Clemmons. Resident assaulted nursing staff.

• June 24 — trespassing, 100 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Individual returned to E Stop after being told not to.

• June 24 — fleet vehicle accident, 100 block of Northbound 421/Shallowford Road Ramp. Lewisville. Subject backed into deputy’s patrol car resulting in $2,000 to the subject’s vehicle.

• June 24 — littering, 6600 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Subject threw a food tray out of a moving vehicle.

• June 24 — information provided, 1900 block of Pinehurst Drive, Lewisville. Homeowner believed that the neighbor’s music was too loud.

• June 25, traffic accident, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $3,500 and $1,800.

• June 25 — locate wanted person, 6800 block of Hanesbrook Court, Clemmons. Wanted subject entered in NCIC.

• June 25 — police service-civil dispute, 6000 block of Holder Road, Clemmons. Civil dispute between two parties.

• June 25, shoplifting/resisting arrest, 3500 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Parents believe that their son stole items from a convenience store with a total recovered value of $16.98.

• June 25 — shoplifting, 2600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Female with a large bag stole concealed items from Hip Chics with a total stolen value of $112.

• June 25 — traffic accident, 6300 block of Stadium Drive, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $6,500 and $2,500.

• June 25 — communicating threats-intimidation, non physical, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect threatened to harm victim.

• June 25 — communicating threats-intimidation, non physical/vandalism, 1700 block of Conrad-Sawmill Road, Lewisville. Suspect threatened victims and damaged property with damages of $400.

• June 26 — fraud, 8100 block of Styers Ferry Road, Clemmons. Unknown suspect opened a Verizon wireless account.

• June 26 — shoplifting, 100 block of Westwood Village Drive, Clemmons. Females took items from Gabes setting off the alarm.

• June 26 — traffic accident, 1100 block of South Peace Haven Drive, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident in a parking lot with $2,500 damage to one vehicle.

• June 26 — suspicious person, 7500 block of Lasater Road, Clemmons. Person was knocking door to door and startled a 16-year-old resident.

• June 26 — trouble with juvenile, 100 block of Westwood Village Drive, Clemmons. Subject stated that her daughter was missing.

• June 26 — simple assault-non aggravated assault/driving while impaired, 6700 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Subject was driving while impaired. 

• June 27 — sex offender violation, 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Registered sex offender was not living at the registered address.

• June 27 — hit and run accident, 2700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Damage to vehicle of $800.

• June 27 — shoplifting, 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect took items past last point of sale in the Walmart Neighborhood Market and then fled in a vehicle with employees chasing him.  

• June 27 — trespassing, 3600 Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Offender returned to Walmart after prior ban.

• June 27 — credit card/ATM fraud, 4100 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject used stolen debit card information to obtain gift cards at Harris Teeter.

• June 27 — driving while impaired/driving while license revoked/suspended, 1400 block of River Ridge Road, Clemmons. Subject was driving while impaired.

• June 27 — trouble with neighbor, 300 block of Graydon Court, Lewisville. Reporting person concerned about neighbor shooting a pellet gun.

• June 27 — information provided, 500 block of Brookway West Circle, Lewisville. Caller wished to report a scam.

• June 27 — vandalism, 9300 block of Eden Grove Court, Lewisville. Subject stated that his window had been tampered with with $100 damage.

• June 27 — suspicious vehicle, 800 block of River Gate Drive, Lewisville. Two suspicious trucks were parked in the caller’s driveway.

• June 28 — resisting arrest, 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect ran afoot when deputies were investigating a crash he was involved in.

• June 28 — store breaking without force, 6300 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Suspect jumped a fenced enclosure to take items.

• June 28 — shoplifting, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect stole Tide Pods from Lowes Foods. Value of Tide Pods was $17.99.

• June 29 — house breaking with force, 900 block of Hauser Road, Lewisville. Unknown suspect broke into a residence.

• June 29 — drug violations, 2100 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Marijuana found in vehicle.

• June 30 — disturbance/non-criminal, 900 block of Lewisville-Vienna Road, Lewisville. Family argument occurred over wood.
