Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• July 8 — locate wanted person, 4600 block of Hampton Road, Clemmons. Wanted subject located and arrested.

• July 8 — stolen property from another jurisdiction, 4700 block of Hampton Road, Clemmons. Stolen license plate was recovered.

• July 8 — trespassing, 6700 block of Amberly Lane, Clemmons. Suspect trespassed on the victim’s property. Cleared for arrest, Craig Garret Smith was arrested for second-degree trespassing.

• July 8 — locate wanted person, 4000 block of Clemmons Road/Harper Road, Clemmons. Wanted person located. Cleared for arrest, Deborah Vermillion White was arrested for misdemeanor larceny.

• July 9 — suspicious person, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Male became upset when he could not purchase beer.

• July 9 — locate wanted person, 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Wanted person located.

• July 9 — careless and reckless driving, 1900 block of Westheimer Drive, Clemmons. Refused driver reported possible careless and reckless driving.

• July 9 — shoplifting, 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Suspect walked out of Food Lion with unpaid items valued at $124.32.

• July 9 — fraud, 100 block of Willow Trace Court, Clemmons. Reporting person bought Google Play cards for online services.

• July 9 — trouble with neighbor, 1400 block of Downington Road, Clemmons. Argument occurred between neighbors.

• July 9 — shoplifting, 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect allegedly took grocery items from the Walmart Neighborhood Market.

• July 9 — paraphernalia-possession/concealing equipment, 1600 block of Crashore Drive, Lewisville. Drug paraphernalia seized.

• July 9 — police service-assist agency, 600 block of Lissara Lodge Drive, Lewisville. Driver knocked over a Port-A-Jon while operating a four wheeler.

• July 10 — suspicious vehicle, 6900 block of Village Medical Court, Clemmons. Unattended vehicle was left running.

• July 10 — police service-assist agency, 5900 block of Marty Lane, Clemmons. Assisted Winston-Salem Police Department on warrant service.

• July 10 — suspicious person, 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspicious person found on the West Forsyth High School campus.

• July 10 — welfare check, 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Subject advised that someone needed EMS.

• July 11 — traffic accident, 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $1,200 and $800.

• July 11 — simple assault-non aggravated assault, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Victim struck in the stomach by a bag of potato chips.

• July 11 — traffic accident, 4100 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $1,800 and $1,200.

• July 11 — shoplifting, 100 block of Westwood Village Drive, Clemmons. Offender concealed items in her purse and tried to walk out the door at Tractor Supply.

• July 11 — paraphernalia-possessing/concealing equipment, 6900 block of Marshall Road, Lewisville. Marijuana paraphernalia was found on a suspicious vehicle call.

• July 11 — suspicious vehicle, 900 block of Lewisville-Vienna Road, Lewisville. Subject was riding a lawnmower at late hours along the road.

• July 12 — drug violations, 6200 block of Stadium Drive, Clemmons. Located paraphernalia on subject.

• July 12 — welfare check, 4500 block of Bridgewater Drive/Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Checked on male standing near the roadway.

• July 12 — shoplifting, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Elderly female concealed items in Lowes Foods.

• July 12 — breaking and entering with force, 7000 block of Wishon Road, Clemmons. Unknown suspect gained entry into a storage building by an unknown method.

• July 12 — paraphernalia-possessing/concealing equipment/contributing to juvenile, 2500 block of Neudorf Road, Clemmons.  Offender provide alcohol to juveniles.

• July 12 — information provided, 6800 block of Idols Road, Clemmons. Female called to report an inappropriate relationship that occurred four years ago.

• July 13 — shoplifting/drug violations, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect possessed marijuana while shoplifting at Lowes Foods.

• July 14 — shoplifting, 4300 block of Kinnamon Road, Clemmons. Suspect stole groceries from Food Lion.

• July 14 — stolen property from another jurisdiction, 1200 block of South Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Subject located stolen property through a Craigslist ad.

• July 14 — fleet vehicle accident, 8600 block of Lasater Road, Clemmons. Deer ran into vehicle with damage of $1,500.

• July 14 — aggravated assault, 1000 block of Kensford Drive, Lewisville. Suspect pushed, punched and pointed a gun at a victim.
