Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• July 15 — threatening suicide, 700 block of La-Vale Frive, Clemmons. Subject made threats of committing suicide.

• July 15 — involuntary commitment-non criminal detainment, 6000 block of Meadowbrook Court, Clemmons. Subject exhibited aggressive behavior at an assisted living facility.

• July 15 — credit card/ATM fraud, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect used victim’s debit card attempting to gain money.

• July 15 — credit card/ATM fraud, 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Suspect used stolen credit card to make purchases at Dollar General.

• July 15 — credit card/ATM fraud, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Stolen credit cards were used to purchase prepaid cards at Staples.

• July 15 — driving while impaired, 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Stopped a subject for failure to maintain lane control. Cleared for arrest, Gabriella Lauren Prince was charged with driving while impaired/DWI.

• July 15 — assist agency, 3400 block of  Clemmons Road/Hampton Road, Clemmons. Assisted N.C. State Highway Patrol with a wreck.

• July 16 — welfare check, 3900 block of Bingham Court, Clemmons. Child tasted dog food.

• July 16 — police service-information provided, 6400 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Unknown suspect tagged building with graffiti.

• July 17 — possession/concealing stolen property, 100 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Offender possessed stolen motor vehicle and fled law enforcement.

• July 17 — assist agency, 1000 block of South Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Threats made from out of county.

• July 17 — larceny, 1000 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Prescription pain pills possibly stolen from mailbox.

• July 17 — welfare check, 100 block of Brightstar Lane, Lewisville. Subject upset over a death in the family.

• July 18 — shoplifting, 1400 block of River Ridge Road, Clemmons. Suspect concealed item in a purse and left the Dollar General Store.

• July 18 — fraud, 6800 block of August Drive, Clemmons. Unknown subject stole a cellphone number.

• July 18 — shoplifting, 1400 Blk River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Offender stole items from Dollar General

July 18, Lost Property, 2400- block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Owner lost wallet in Kmart parking lot.

• July 18 — welfare check, 8800 block of Belhaven Court, Lewisville. Welfare check requested for caller’s patient.

• July 19 — Breaking and entering without force, 4000 block of Whirlaway Court, Clemmons. Unknown suspect entered residence through unlocked window.

• July 19 — Larceny from building, 4100 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Unknown individual(s) took victim’s wallet.

• July 19 — Traffic accident-pp or pva, 1500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Dmv-349 on file.

• July 19 — Communicating threats-intimidation, non physical, 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Unknown suspect called and threatened victim.

• July 20 — Police service-welfare check, 6100 block of Sunny Brook Drive, Clemmons. Ex-girlfriend calls in welfare check on ex-boyfriend.

• July 20 — Police service-assist agency, 100 block of Eastbound I-40/Harper Road, Clemmons. Assisted N.C. Highway Patrol with crash involving DWI.

• July 20 — Vandalism, 9600 block of Center Grove Church Road, Clemmons. Victim found vehicle vandalized.

• July 20 — Involuntary commitment-non criminal detainment, 4000 block of Beaver Brook Road, Clemmons. Subject was served with an involuntary commitment paper.

• July 20 — Disturbance/non-criminal, 300 block of Riverwood Drive, Lewisville. A verbal argument between males.

• July 20 — Counterfeiting-using, 6800 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Suspect purchased items with counterfeit $100 bill.

• July 20 — Arson, 7900 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Suspect set fire to residential dwelling.

• July 21 — Overdose, 2000 block of Chandler Place Court, Clemmons. Subject overdosed on an unknown opiate.

• July 21 — Possessing/concealing stolen property, 4100 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Vehicle operator possessed stolen registration plate and provided false name.

• July 21 — Runaway, 6700 block of Amberley Lane, Clemmons. Subject ran away from his residence.

• July 21 — Police service-24-hour lock up, 500 block of Ketner Road, Lewisville. Individual was intoxicated with no place to stay.

• July 21 — Violation city/county ordinance-firearm related, 9400 block of Glenn Road, Lewisville. Caller reported discharging firearms near residence.

• July 21 — Overdose, 6500 block of Lagrande Place Drive, Lewisville. Subject overdoses on unidentified substance.

• July 21 — Driving while impaired, 100 block of Lewisville-Vienna Road/Great Wagon Road, Lewisville. Subject was driving while impaired.
