Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Aug. 5 — police service-non criminal call for service, 6200 block of Bingham Avenue, Clemmons. Subject found bloodspots on property.

• Aug. 5 — traffic accident, 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $4,500 to each vehicle.

• Aug. 5 — drug violations, 5800 block of Marty Lane/Lake Cottage Road, Clemmons. Offender had controlled substance in his possession with intent to sell. Cleared for arrest, Marty Ray Mathis with possession with intent to sell cocaine.

• Aug. 6 — traffic accident, 3900 block of Westridge Meadow Circle, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $2,500 and $1,800.

• Aug. 6 — traffic accident, 6700 block of River Center Drive, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damage of $2,500 to one vehicle.

• Aug. 6 — suspicious person, 4200 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspicious person was reported in park.

• Aug. 6 — found property, 1300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Subject found hypodermic needles while cutting grass.

• Aug. 7 — police service-non criminal call for service, 3900 block of Bingham Circle, Clemmons. Unknown suspect wrote on the windows of vehicles in lipstick.

• Aug. 7 — police service-fraud, 1900 block of Waterford Village Drive, Clemmons. Cellular phone account possibly opened in reporting person’s name.

• Aug. 7 — paraphernalia, 6200 block of Stadium Drive, Clemmons. Offender had a blunt in his pocket.

• Aug. 8 — drug violations, 6200 block of Stadium Drive, Clemmons. Marijuana and paraphernalia found during a vehicle search.

• Aug. 8 — traffic accident, 4100 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Single-vehicle accident with damage of $7,700.

• Aug. 8 — counterfeiting, 6300 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Unknown suspect used a counterfeit $20 bill to purchase items.

• Aug. 9 — trouble with juvenile, 5900 block of Immanuel Road, Clemmons. Juvenile refused to leave residence when asked.

• Aug. 9 — autobreaking and larceny, 6300 block of Linda Drive, Lewisville. Suspect took items from the front seat of a vehicle.

• Aug. 9 — counterfeiting/fraud, 100 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Offender exchanged counterfeit money for real money at E Stop.

• Aug. 10 — possession/concealing weapons, 6200 block of Amp Drive/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect possessed an unlawfully concealed weapon.

• Aug. 10 — drug violations, 1600 Brookway West Drive, Lewisville. Marijuana seized during a warrant check.

• Aug. 11 — death investigation, 6200 block of Styers Ferry Road, Clemmons. A subject was found deceased by unknown means.

• Aug. 11 — communicating threats-intimidation, non physical, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Stranger threatened a gas station clerk.

• Aug. 11 — simple assault-non aggravated assault, 3100 block of Gammon Lane, Clemmons. Victim punched in the mouth and had water thrown at her.

• Aug. 11 — counterfeiting/fraud, 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Victim was given counterfeit currency for a laptop.
