Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Aug. 12 — police service-non criminal call for service, 3300 block of Cook Place Drive, Clemmons. Subject thought that someone was coming into her house.

• Aug. 12 — police service-non criminal call for service, 1600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject thought that she heard the side door open.

• Aug. 12 — breaking and entering with force, 1600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Window was removed from the frame.

• Aug. 12 — police service-attempted suicide, 500 block of Drumheller Road, Clemmons. Subject attempted suicide by cutting her wrist and overdosing on pills.

• Aug. 12 — police service-non criminal call for service, 800 block of Grinell Street, Lewisville. Tide pod found in caller’s back yard.

• Aug. 13 — vandalism, 1800 block of Curraghmore Road, Clemmons. Victim’s car was egged during night.

• Aug. 13 — suspicious person, 5300 block of Dock Davis Road, Clemmons. Subject was walking to Baltimore, Maryland.

• Aug. 13 — fraud, 1600 block of Chardale Road, Clemmons. Subject believed that someone had hacked into her Social Security number.

• Aug. 13 — police service-assist agency, 6200 block of Clementine Drive, Clemmons. Labor violations of juveniles working in a warehouse.

• Aug. 13 — traffic accident, 6300 block of Jessie Lane/Village Point Drive, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $2,500 to each vehicle.

• Aug. 13 — found property, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Reporting person found a wallet.

• Aug. 13 — hit and run accident, 5900 block of Marty Lane/Lewisville-Clemmon Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with $1,000 to each vehicle.

• Aug. 13 — police service-non criminal call for service, 100 block of Doublegate Court, Clemmons. Reporting person found her basement door locked but open.

• Aug. 13 — resisting arrest, 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Offender disobeyed lawful orders to exit vehicle. Cleared for arrest, Joshua Franklin Darnell was charged with resisting arrest.

• Aug. 13 — suspicious person, 1500 block of Greenfield Estates Drive, Lewisville. Unknown male photographed in reporting person’s drive.

• Aug. 13 — suspicious person, 6500 block of Lagrande Place Drive, Lewisville. Suspicious male seen walking around residence.

• Aug. 14 — resisting arrest, 4400 block of Hampton Road, Clemmons. Larceny suspect refused to identify himself. Cleared for arrest, Anthony Derelle Gamble  was charged with resisting arrest.

• Aug. 14 — missing person, 8300 block of Cheval Street, Clemmons. Man walked away from a group home.

• Aug. 14 — traffic accident, 4200 block of Kinnamon Road/S. Stratford Road, Clemmons. Three-vehicle accident with damages of $5,000, $2,500 and $500.

• Aug. 15 — locate wanted person, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Located a wanted person.

• Aug. 15 — drug violations, 3100 block of Gammon Lane, Clemmons. Marijuana and paraphernalia were located during a traffic stop.

• Aug. 15 — impersonation, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Caller impersonated law enforcement.

• Aug. 15 — harassing phone calls, 200 block of Conrad Circle, Lewisville. Subject refused to stop contacting victim.

• Aug. 16 — traffic accident, 6400 block of Jessie Lane, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $3,500 and $3,000.

• Aug. 16 — 1600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Careless and reckless driving incident at Lewisville-Clemmons Road and U.S. 421.

• Aug. 16 — police service-assist agency, 6800 block of Idols Road, Clemmons. Elkin PD requested assistance.

• Aug. 16 — fraud, 6700 block of Elm Hill Drive, Clemmons. Fraudulent purchases were delivered out of state.

• Aug. 16 — discharging firearm, 8500 block of Lasater Road, Clemmons. Reporting person stated he could hear bullets flying by his home.

• Aug. 16 — fraud, 9100 block of Great Meadows Drive, Clemmons. Reporting party reported credit card use.

• Aug. 17 — fighting/affray, 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Subjects were fighting in a hotel parking lot.

• Aug. 17 — driving while impaired, 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Offender drove while impaired.

• Aug. 17 — suspicious person, 200 block of Brookway West Drive, Lewisville. Males walking through the parking lot late at night.

• Aug. 18 — overdose, 3300 block of Cook Place Drive, Clemmons. Subject overdosed on over-the-counter medications.

• Aug. 18 — suspicious person, 6400 block of Gentry Circle, Clemmons. Subject was riding through the parking lot on a skateboard, tugging on car handles.

• Aug. 18 — disturbance/non-criminal, 6300 block of Allegacy Way, Clemmons. Disgruntled employee walked out during shift.

• Aug. 18 — driving while impaired, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Offender drove while impaired.
