Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Aug. 24 — Locate missing person, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Located missing person.

• Aug. 24 — Police service-assist agency, 1500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Immanuel Road, assisted state highway patrol with a DWI.

• Aug. 24 — Shoplifting, 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Suspect stole items from convenience store.

• Aug. 24 — Driving while license revoked/suspended, 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/River Center. Drugs were found during a traffic stop.

• Aug. 24 — Breaking and entering without force, 6100 block of Hampton Meadows Lane, Clemmons. Son found gate and basement door open, no force and no items missing.

• Aug. 24 — Police service-non criminal call for service, 1100 block of Westwood Village Drive, Clemmons. Mother could not find her child in store.

• Aug. 25 — Driving while impaired, driving while license revoked/suspended, violation of auto law-operation violation, 4400 block of Hampton Road/Idols Road, Clemmons. Subject was speeding and operating while license suspended.

• Aug. 25 — Simple assault-non aggravated assault, 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Offender punched victim in the face.

• Aug. 25 — Shoplifting, 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Offender stole belt from convenience store.

• Aug. 26 — Drug violation, paraphernalia-possessing/concealing equipment, driving while impaired, 500 block of Drumheller Road, Clemmons. Offender was driving while impaired.

• Aug. 26 — Traffic accident, 2600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.

• Aug. 26 — Traffic accident, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.

• Aug. 26 — Larceny from building, 3600 block of Harper Road, Clemmons. Credit card taken.

• Aug. 26 — Traffic accident, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.

• Aug. 26 — Disturbance/non-criminal, 4300 block of Kinnamon Village Loop, Clemmons. Subjects got into verbal altercation after road rage incident.

• Aug. 26 — Traffic accident, 4300 block of Westbound I-40/U.S. 52 Northbound, Clemmons.

• Aug. 26 — Police service-welfare check, 3100 block of Gammon Lane, Clemmons. Refused caller reported a disturbance in parking lot.

• Aug. 27 — Breaking & entering without force, 8400 block of Lismore St, Clemmons. Subject observed a suspicious vehicle.

• Aug 27 — Shoplifting, 2600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Shoplifting investigation from NAPA Auto.

• Aug. 27 — Autobreaking and larceny, 200 block of Northtrail Road, Clemmons. Suspect broke glass and stole purse.

• Aug. 27 — Burglary, non-forced, 1900 block of Dunmore Lane, Clemmons. Unknown offender entered unlocked garage and stole wallet.

• Aug. 28 — Other sex offence-sex offender violation, 6900 block of Logan’s Way Court, Clemmons. Registered sex offender fails to report new address.

• Aug. 28 — Communication threats-intimidation, non-physical, 6900 block of Kenbridge Drive, Clemmons. Victim threatened.

• Aug. 28 — Trespassing, 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Homeless subject walked through parking lot, sat on bench.

• Aug. 28 — Police service-welfare check, 1800 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject makes suicidal statement.

• Aug. 28 — Shoplifting, 100 block of Lowes Food Drive, Lewisville. Individual concealed two 25-ounce beers in pockets.

• Aug. 28 — Police service-information provided, 5500 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Student makes comments about shooting the school.

• Aug. 29 — Autobreaking and larceny, 100 block of Ashbourne Lake Court, Clemmons. Caller’s vehicle was broken into.

• Aug. 29 — Police service-welfare check, 8300 block of Cheval Street, Clemmons. Argument between group home manager and resident.

• Aug. 29 — Traffic accident, 3100 block of Gammon Lane, Clemmons.

• Aug. 29 — Communicating threats-intimidation, non-physical, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Old Glory Road. Suspect threatened victim after road rage incident.

• Aug. 30 — Simple assault-non aggravated assault, breaking and entering without force, larceny from building, 3500 block of Middlebrook Drive, Clemmons. Solicited prostitution ends with money stolen and assault.
