Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Sept. 16 — police service-non criminal call for service, 3300 block of Village Point Drive, Clemmons. Information provided about possible impaired driving.

• Sept. 16 — traffic accident, 6100 block of Stadium Drive, Clemmons. One-vehicle accident with damage of $15,000.

• Sept. 16 — police service-non criminal call for service, 8200 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Subject wished to speak with a deputy in reference to communicating threats.

• Sept. 16 — driving while impaired, 6600 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Subject was driving while impaired.

• Sept. 16 — driving while impaired, 6500 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Subject was driving while impaired.

• Sept. 17 — death investigation, 3400 block of Hidden Forest Drive, Clemmons. Subject found deceased.

• Sept. 17 — weapons, 1700 block of Valley Brook Road, Clemmons. Minor was found in possession of a pistol.

• Sept. 17 — communicating threats-intimidation, non-physical, 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Offender threatened victim over a food order.

• Sept. 17 — traffic accident, 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $8,0000 and $4,500.

• Sept. 17 — traffic accident, 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $1,800 and $1,500.

• Sept. 17 — found property, 6300 block of Clemmons Point Drive, Clemmons. Citizen turned over a found purse.

• Sept. 17 — locate wanted person, 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Located a wanted subject in a hotel room.

• Sept. 17 — traffic accident, 2200 block of Lewisville-Clemmons, Road/South Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with $1,000 damage to each vehicle.

• Sept. 17 — police service-civil dispute, 2600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Renter took gaming equipment back and possibly took the wrong equipment.

• Sept. 18 — traffic accident, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $1,000 and $200.

• Sept. 18 — welfare check, 6900 block of Harpervalley Lane, Clemmons. Subject was scared of vehicle in basement.

• Sept. 18 — 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clermmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $7,500 and $1,200.

• Sept. 18 — death investigation, 6100 block of Farrior Drive, Clemmons. Subject found deceased in front yard due to possible heroin overdose.

• Sept. 18 — autobreaking and larceny, 1800 block of Ellison Creek Road, Lewisville. Unlocked vehicle was entered and items were taken from within.

• Sept. 18 — tampering with a vehicle, 8700 Witherbee Court, Lewisville. Unknown person entered an unlocked vehicle.

• Sept. 18 — autobreaking and larceny, 8800 block of Kings Tree Road, Lewisville. Unlocked vehicle was entered and items were taken from within.

• Sept. 18 — autobreaking and larceny, 8800 block of Homewood Drive, Lewisville. Unlocked vehicle was entered.

• Sept. 18 — fraud, 1000 block of Chockecherry Lane, Lewisville. Victim had money taken out of his account.

• Sept. 18 — trouble with juvenile, 200 block of Bradford Place Lane, Lewisville. Juvenile wanted to leave the residence.

• Sept. 19 — Paraphernalia-possessing/concealing equipment, 5799 block of Southwest Acres Drive, Clemmons. Daughter of suspect found a crack pipe.

• Sept. 19 — tampering with a vehicle, 1100 block of South Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Suspect damaged window attempting to enter the vehicle.

• Sept. 19 — drug violations/driving while impaired, 1200 block of Conrad-Sawmill Road/Grapevine Road, Lewisville. Suspect was operating a vehicle while under unknown impairing substance.

• Sept. 19 — breaking and entering with force, 1600 block of Hauser Road, Lewisville. Unknown suspect broke into residence and stole items valued at $56.

• Sept. 19 — vandalism, 8200 block of Troxaway Court, Lewisville. Yard items valued at $107 at subject’s house were damaged.

• Sept. 20 — automobile theft, 500 block of Dalton Road, Lewisville. Unknown subject stole an unlocked Ford Escape with keys left inside.

• Sept. 20 — police service-non criminal call for service, 1200 block of Sequoia Drive, Lewisville. Owner was concerned that someone attempted to enter his home.

• Sept. 21 — automobile theft, 6400 block of Gentry Circle, Clemmons. Unlocked Audi A5 was stolen.

• Sept. 21 — simple assault-non aggravated assault, 6400 block of Stadium Drive, Clemmons. Assault occurred at a bar.

• Sept. 21 — littering, 100 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Eastbound I-40. Suspect littered by throwing garbage on the ground.

• Sept. 21 — trespassing, 1400 block of Twilight Court, Lewisville. Subject trespassed on property.

• Sept. 21 — police service-non criminal call for service, 100 block of Hilary Court, Lewisville. Subject had pictures of man ringing the doorbell.

• Sept. 22 — larceny, 4300 block of Kinnamon Village Loop, Clemmons. Victim had car keys stolen while at an Internet gambling business.  

• Sept. 22 — police service-non criminal call for service, 6800 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Reporting person advised that a female slapped a young child.

• Sept. 23 — stolen property from another jurisdiction, 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Recovered a stolen license plate.
