Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Sept. 23 — stolen property from another jurisdiction, 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Recovered a stolen license plate.

• Sept. 23 — traffic accident, 1400 block of River Ridge Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $4,000 and $500.

• Sept. 23 — trouble with neighbor, 6200 block of Styers Ferry Road, Clemmons. Neighbor was making false accusations against reporting party.

• Sept. 23 — traffic accident, 6300 block of Clemmons Point Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $3,500 and $2,000.

• Sept. 24 — found property, 6800 block of Hanesbrook Circle, Clemmons. Rifle magazine found.

• Sept. 24 — suspicious person, 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Subject was loitering on public property after being asked to leave.

• Sept. 24 — traffic accident, 2700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $4,000 and $3,500.

• Sept. 24 — trouble with neighbor, 3100 block of Middlebrook Drive, Clemmons. Intoxicated caller reported trouble with neighbor.

• Sept. 24 — police service-welfare check, 3400 block of Tanglebrook Trail, Clemmons. Subject fell inside home.

• Sept. 25 — suspicious person, 7100 block of Mitch Place Court, Clemmons. Subject was observed looking into vehicles in a parking lot.

• Sept. 25 — automobile theft, 100 block of Willow Trace Circle, Clemmons. Victim’s vehicle was stolen from a parking lot. Value of 2015 Nissan Sentra was listed at $11,000.

• Sept. 25 — lost property, 3100 block of Gammon Lane, Clemmons. Subject called to report a stolen barcode scanner that was valued at $2,200.

• Sept. 25 — traffic accident, 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $4,500 and $1,800.

• Sept. 25 — police service-welfare check, 2100 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Wrights Lake, Clemmons. Welfare check during a traffic stop.

• Sept. 25 — trouble with neighbor, 1300 block of Hauser Road, Lewisville. Man called to report issues with his neighbor.

• Sept. 25 — larceny-all other, 100 block of Northbound 421/Scott Road, Lewisville. Subject stole a firearm and a motorcycle title.

• Sept. 26 — simple assault-non aggravated assault, 100 block of Eastbound 40, Clemmons. Co-workers got into an argument and assaulted each other.

• Sept. 26 — traffic accident, 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with $1,000 damage to both vehicles.

• Sept. 26 — police service-welfare check, 8100 block of Carrousel Drive, Clemmons. Subject was complaining of chest pain.

• Sept. 26 — counterfeiting-buying/receiving, 2700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Counterfeit money was found at Walgreens.

• Sept. 26 — larceny/resisting arrest, 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Towncenter. Larceny from K-Mart. Cleared for arrest, Sherika Lawanda Cody was charged with misdemeanor larceny.

• Sept. 26 — drug violations/driving while license revoked/suspended, 100 block of Northbound 421/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Narcotics seized pursuant to a traffic stop.

• Sept. 27 — welfare check, 1500 block of Trinity Garden Court, Clemmons. Reporting person requested a welfare check of her son.

• Sept. 27 — sex offense-sex offender violation, 7400 block of Bullard Road, Clemmons. Registered sex offender failed to register a new address.

• Sept. 27 — police service-non criminal call for service, 5500 block of Marty Lane, Clemmons. Reporting party unhappy with the condition of an abandoned residence.

• Sept. 27 — police service-non criminal call for service, 6300 block of Linda Drive, Lewisville. Females were arguing over past work issues.

• Sept. 29 — locate missing person, 9300 block of Lissara Camp Road, Lewisville. Located a missing subject from Davie County.
