Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Sept. 30 — traffic accident, 4000 block of Whirlaway Court, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $3,500 and $1,200.

• Sept. 30 — police service-information provided, 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Online threat towards high school deemed false.

• Sept. 30 — simple assault-non aggravated assault, 4800 block of Hearthstone Road, Clemmons. Offender tried to assault the victim and then threaten them.

• Sept. 30 — traffic accident, 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $3,000 and $1,100.

• Sept. 30 — traffic accident, 2100 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. One-vehicle accident with damage of $4,500.

• Sept. 30 — welfare check, 200 block of North Street, Lewisville. Mother worried about her kids during a marriage separation.

• Sept. 30 — communicating threats-intimidation, non physical, 200 block of North Street, Lewisville. Offender threatened physical violence to victim by text message.

• Oct. 1 — breaking and entering with force, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Unknown subjects broke into Boost Mobile.

• Oct. 1 — communicating threats-intimidation, non physical, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject threatened clerk and would not leave.

• Oct. 1 — drug violations, 6600 block of Village Point Lake Drive, Clemmons. Marijuana found in vehicle.

• Oct. 1 — police service-assist agency, 100 block of Northbound 421/Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Reporting person witnessed the vehicle in front of them hit the guard rail.

• Oct. 2 — suspicious person, 8000 block of Lasater Road, Clemmons. Suspicious person at the window of a residence.

• Oct. 2 — harassing phone calls, 4400 block of Hampton Road, Clemmons. Offender caused a disturbance at Carlton’s Food Market and continued to call and harass the employees.

• Oct. 2 — weapon on school/educational property, 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject had a knife on school grounds and proceeded to sharpen pencils with it.

• Oct. 2 — drug violations, 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Suspects possessed drugs and paraphernalia. Cleared for arrest, Donald Ogene Smith was charged with possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine.

• Oct. 2 — overdose, 6200 block of Brewer Avenue, Clemmons. Involved party overdosed on narcotics.

• Oct. 3 — breaking and entering with force, 4300 block of Kinnamon Village Loop, Clemmons. Suspect broke glass, entered business and stole $500.

• Oct. 3 — drug violations, 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect possessed heroin and drug paraphernalia. Cleared for arrest, Jessica Leigh Short was charged with possession of heroin.

• Oct. 3 — employee injury, 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Employee was stuck with a hypodermic needle.

• Oct. 3 — careless and reckless driving, 4900 block of Salem Glen Boulevard, Clemmons. Aggressive driving reported on Salem Glen Boulevard.

• Oct. 3 — police service-assist agency, 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject left his dog in the vehicle not running.

• Oct. 3 — police service-information provided, 7100 block of Kenbridge Drive, Clemmons. Caller reported people came to his house selling vacuum cleaners.

• Oct. 3 — vandalism, 300 block of Slater Road, Lewisville. Unknown person broke garden decoration.

• Oct. 3 — automobile theft, 800 Brookway West Court, Lewisville. Unlocked vehicle entered and taken from property.

• Oct. 3 — police service-information provided, 4900 block of Styers Ferry Road, Lewisville. Person came by selling vacuum cleaners.

• Oct. 3 — driving while impaired, 100 block of Northbound 421/Hauser Road, Lewisville. Offender was driving with alcohol in system with no rear lamps.

• Oct. 4 — traffic accident, 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. One-vehicle accident with damage of $3,500.

• Oct. 4 — driving while impaired, 100 block of Hayward Industrial Drive, Clemmons. Driver of vehicle was operating while impaired.

• Oct. 4 — autobreaking and larceny, 6500 block of Lagrande Place Drive, Lewisville. Unknown subject broke into multiple vehicles.

• Oct. 4 — drug violations, 1700 block of Conrad-Sawmill Road, Lewisville. Homeowner reported illegal drug use in home.

• Oct. 5 — found property, 100 block of Westbound 40/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Sawed off shotgun was found in the bed of a truck on the side of the highway.

• Oct. 5 — automobile theft, 1400 block of Brookway West Drive, Lewisville. Suspects used spare key to steal victim’s Volkswagen Passat.

• Oct. 6 — larceny from building, 4000 block of Whirlaway Court, Clemmons. Neighbor stole game console from neighbor.

• Oct. 6 — welfare check, 3000 block of Panther Ridge Lane, Lewisville. Subject wanted advice on alcohol dependency.
