Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Oct. 14 — simple assault-no aggravated assault, 6300 block of Stadium Drive, Clemmons. Offender pushed victim during argument.

• Oct. 14 — larceny, 7500 block of Lasater Road, Clemmons. Mountain bike was stolen from driveway.

• Oct. 14 — hit and run accident, 5900 block of Immanuel Road/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $2,000 and $1,000.

• Oct. 14 — violation of auto law, 6200 block of Towncenter Drive, Clemmons. Vehicle stopped for displaying an incorrect plate.

• Oct. 14 — information provided, 400 block of Williams Road, Lewisville. Clerk wanted to report that possible counterfeit money was being used.  

• Oct. 15 — traffic accident, 6100 block of Quinn Street/Hampton Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $4,500 and $800.

• Oct. 15 — fleet vehicle accident, 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.  Fleet vehicle struck by a school bus with $100 damage to both vehicles.

• Oct. 15 — paraphernalia/driving while license revoked/suspended, 100 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Eastbound 40, Clemmons. Traffic stop yielded drug violation.

• Oct. 15 —  communicating threats-intimidation, non physical, 7700 block of Lasater Road, Fair Oaks Court, Clemmons.  

• Oct. 15 — locate wanted person/violation of auto law, 3100 block of Gammon Lane, Clemmons. Wanted subject was located during a traffic stop.

• Oct. 15 — communicating threats-intimidation non physical, 7700 block of Lasater Road/Fair Oaks Court, Clemmons. Victim was confronted by an unknown motorist.

• Oct. 16 — stolen auto from another jurisdiction, 5100 block of Quail Forest Drive, Clemmons. Stolen vehicle located.

• Oct. 16 — communicating threats-intimidation, non physical, 5800 block of Sir Knight Court, Clemmons. Subject threatened to shoot up a house.

• Oct. 16 — fleet vehicle accident, 6300 block of Springfield Farm Road/Brookstone Drive, Clemmons. One-vehicle accident with $800 damage to the vehicle.

• Oct. 16 — disturbance/non-criminal, 400 block of Heritage Drive, Lewisville. Subject came on to property and had a verbal altercation with reporting person.

• Oct. 17 — traffic accident, 2200 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $2,000 and $1,000.

• Oct. 17 — traffic accident, 2200 block of Synergy Way, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $800 to each vehicle.

• Oct. 17 — drug violations, 100 block of Westbound 40/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Marijuana and $29,700 in cash was found on traffic stop.

• Oct. 17 — traffic accident, 2700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $4,500 and $2,500.

• Oct. 17 — driving while impaired, 200 block of Northbound 421, Lewisville. Subject operated a vehicle while impaired on alcohol.

• Oct. 18 — death investigation, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Male was found deceased in his van.

• Oct. 18 — police service-non criminal call for service, 4100 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Reporting person stated that she was raped at a shopping center.

• Oct. 18 — traffic accident, 2800 block of Middlebrook Drive, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $8,500 and $4,500. 

• Oct. 18 — threatening suicide 2000 block of Ashburn Lane, Clemmons. Subject wanted to kill himself because he brought shame to his family.

• Oct. 18 — disturbance/non-criminal, 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Argument occurred at a pharmacy.

• Oct. 18 — traffic accident, 6300 block of Stadium Drive/Market Center Drive, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $2,000 and $1,000.

• Oct. 18 — traffic accident, 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $1,500 and $100.

• Oct. 18 — fraud, 8000 block of Deverow Court, Lewisville. Subject reported a Facebook scam.

• Oct. 20 — suspicious vehicle, 7900 block of Dull Road/Styers Ferry Road, Clemmons. Unknown individual pulled an unknown object out of back pocket.

• Oct. 20 — disturbance/non-criminal, 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Argument occurred after road rage.
