Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Oct. 28 — breaking and entering with force, 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Unknown subjects broke into Interstate Shell and stole cash register.

• Oct. 28 — traffic accident, 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Westbound I-40, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with $1,200 damage to each vehicle.

• Oct. 28 — abandoned vehicle, 100 block of Village Club Lane, Clemmons. Vehicle parked in front of a residence and hasn’t moved for some time.

• Oct. 28 — police service-non criminal call for service, 7500 block of Divaldi Street, Lewisville. State Employees Trust Loan Office reported odd behavior by a client.

• Oct. 29 — autobreaking and larceny, 3900 block of Westridge Meadow Court, Clemmons. Suspect entered unlocked vehicle.

• Oct. 29 — autobreaking and larceny, 4400 block of Asbury Place Drive, Clemmons. Suspect entered an unlocked vehicle.

• Oct. 29 — death investigation, 8300 block of Cheval Street, Clemmons. Group home caretaker found deceased.

• Oct. 29 — police service-fraud, 6600 block of Gentry Circle, Clemmons. Caller was scammed out of money.

• Oct. 29 — simple assault-non aggravated assault, 6800 block of Styers Ferry Road, Clemmons. Elderly female reported unwanted kisses from a male subject.

• Oct. 30 — shoplifting, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Offender concealed items from Lowes Food in his clothing.

• Oct. 30 — locate wanted person, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Located a wanted person.

• Oct. 30 — traffic accident, 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $3,000 and $2,000.

• Oct. 30 — harassment (non-criminal), 1800 block of Curraghmore Road, Clemmons. Rude voicemail and text left by unknown male caller.

• Oct. 30 — simple assault-non aggravated assault/resisting arrest, 100 block of Ridgebury Court, Lewisville. Offender assaulted a law enforcement officer by attempting to hit deputy in the face.

• Oct. 31 — traffic accident, 4500 block of Bridgewater Drive/Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $4,000 and $1,500.

• Oct. 31 — larceny, 4600 block of Cooper Road, Clemmons. Unknown offender/s removed victim’s lawnmower from the front yard.  The mower was valued at $500.

• Oct. 31 — breaking and entering without force, 3300 block of Cook Place Drive, Clemmons. Unknown subject entered apartment and ransacked the living room.  

• Oct. 31 — traffic accident, 2800 block of Middlebrook Drive, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with $1,000 damage to each vehicle.

• Nov. 1 — driving while impaired, 6200 block of Towncenter Drive, Clemmons. Subject arrested for DWI.

• Nov. 2 — autobreaking and larceny, 1600 block of Lindy Park Drive, Clemmons. Vehicles were broken into.

• Nov. 2 — police service-non criminal call for service, 6300 block of Armsby Road, Clemmons. High school party investigated.

• Nov. 2 — driving while impaired, 1500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Holder Road, Clemmons. Driver was believed to have been operating a vehicle while impaired.

• Nov. 2 — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject stabbed in adjacent county.

• Nov. 2 — locate missing person, 6400 block of Stadium Drive, Clemmons. Missing person was located in a restaurant parking lot.

• Nov. 2 — simple assault-non aggravated assault, 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Uber driver assaulted with a bottle.

• Nov. 3 — vandalism, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect opened door angrily and broke a window.

• Nov. 3 — counterfeiting, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Unknown subject passed counterfeit currency at Pizza Hut.
