Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Nov. 4 — locate wanted person, 2600 block of Knob Hill Drive, Clemmons. Located wanted person from Florida. Cleared for arrest, Lissette Rivera Miller was charged on a fugitive warrant.

• Nov. 4 — simple assault-non aggravated assault, 6000 block of Meadowbrook Mall Court, Clemmons. Victim was assaulted by offender.

• Nov. 4 — illegal dumping, 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Unknown subjects dumped broken equipment on victim’s property.

• Nov. 4 — drug violations/paraphernalia/possession or concealing weapons, 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.  Marijuana, paraphernalia and a handgun were seized pursuant to a traffic stop.

• Nov. 4 — traffic accident, 1100 block of South Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $5,000 and $3,500.

• Nov. 4 — drug violations/paraphernalia, 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Allegacy Way, Clemmons. Drugs located during traffic stop.

• Nov. 4 — possessing/concealing stolen property, 100 block of Applewood Lane, Lewisville. Subjects were in possession of a stolen vehicle.

• Nov. 4 — welfare check, 1400 block of Woodford Road, Lewisville. Mother concerned for son’s well being.

• Nov. 4 — harassing phone calls, 7900 block of Concord Church Road, Lewisville. Offender has repeatedly sent text messages to the victim.

• Nov. 5 — welfare check, 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Security requested welfare check of infant at hospital.

• Nov. 5 — suspicious person, 4000 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Walker found someone sleeping in a tent.

• Nov. 5 — hit and run accident, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $3,000 and $2,800.

• Nov. 5 — traffic accident, 100 block of Bickerstaff Road/Middlebrook Drive, Clemmons .One-vehicle accident with damages of $2,500.

• Nov. 5 — hit and run accident, 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Damage of $1,200 to the vehicle.

• Nov. 5 — drug violations/paraphernalia/violation of auto law, 100 block of Westbound 40/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.  Heroin, meth and marijuana found during a traffic stop. Cleared for arrest, Tina Carol Huffman was charged with possession of heroin.

• Nov. 6 — traffic accident, 1700 block of Southwest School Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $4,500 and $3,500.

• Nov. 6 — drug violations, 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Student ingested marijuana brownie on school grounds.

• Nov. 6 — traffic accident, 1500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with $2,500 damage to each vehicle.

• Nov. 6 — traffic accident, 6200 block of Towncenter Drive/Jessie Lane, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $4,500 and $3,500.

• Nov. 6 — traffic accident, 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Marty Lane. Damage of $2,000 to a vehicle and $200 to a U-Haul Trailer.

• Nov. 6 — police service-non-criminal call for service, 1600 block of Conrad-Sawmill Road, Lewisville. Caller received a scam phone call.

• Nov. 7 — traffic accident, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Damage of $2,000 to vehicle.

• Nov. 7 — civil dispute, 500 block of Barkworth Road, Clemmons. Civil dispute between two parties.

• Nov. 7 — vandalism, 100 block of Lewisville-Vienna Road, Lewisville. Offenders threw eggs, doughnuts and cake at multiple vehicles.

• Nov. 7 — drug violations/ transporting tax-paid liquor, 100 block of 421/Williams Road, Lewisville. Marijuana seized pursuant to a traffic stop.

• Nov. 8 — traffic accident, 2800 Middlebrook Drive, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $3,500 and $1,200.

• Nov. 8 — 1400 River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $2,500 and $1,100.

• Nov. 8 — traffic accident, 4200 block of Kinnamon Road/Stratford Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $10,000 and $6,000.

• Nov. 10 — traffic accident, 6200 block of Idols Road, Clemmons. One-vehicle accident with damage of $1,500.
